You can clearly see he loses a bit of health with every shot, so it's probably a modded character transferred over from LG.

He might have a million snacks.

none of that works anymore, it all got patched back in september 2015.

 

apart from a lot of money and the invisible outfit, modded accounts give you no advantage over a regular account.

 

endless snacks/body armors, modded combat roll, no recoil, all that got patched and get removed during the transfer process. the only thing that go through are the fireworks.

same thing goes for the armors.

I'm not so sure modders haven't found a way around that patch. I ran into 3 players the other day, all with "mod" in their names. They were all running extremely fast, like almost fast run in story mode fast. I sent one of them a msg, saying I thought those modded cheats were patched, he replied, "never". And that was it.

 

EDIT: That said, yeah this case looks like that glitch.

 

Yeah, fast running still works. I have witnessed it as well. The other stuff has been patched, though.

.50 Pistol is surprisingly effective against players and NPCs.

I swore by mine when I was a low-rank in the early days. It was a 1-2HK even on the high-ranked players

ive noticed one thing recently. guys with king in their name need at least 4 heavy sniper shots to be killed. had a guy name king louis something in my lobby last night. he was standing still afk and it took 4 heavy sniper shots to the head to kill him. another player was talking about him having cheated health so i went to check it out.

It's highly skilled compared to anything with AA. IMO of course.

Dont ASSuME the every person that uses the mini gun are spray and pray. Youll make an ass outta you and me. Btw spray and pray is a cod term for op hip fire weapons.

To be fair even if somebody was hit with a real sniper to the arm or leg, as debilitating as it'd be it's not instantly life threatening in that exact moment in time. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make tbh that the sniper anywhere on your body should be 1 shot death?

Well, to me it looks like the heavy sniper is supposed to be the Barrett .50 cal. With the Barrett, a hit just about anywhere is life threatening. A hit in the arm for example, doesn't wound the arm, it removes the arm. No arm=lots of rapid blood loss, plus you certainly aren't shooting back. Even if you survive, you're done.

 

Me personally, I think I'd die from a heart attack if someone missed me with a Barrett .50.

They should add a Rockstar'ed interpretation of the Denel NTW-20. Perhaps that could help solve the issue against jet griefers.

1st shot: smoking

2nd shot: burning, tumbling, disintegrating...

I've been wearing heavy combat gear ever since it came out, and I've never heard of this glitch. Lots of people wear those vests. That's not really a good indicator.

It is when you hit them with 7 markman shots to kll them.The glitch only work when you wear the noob vest

 

Things to know if facing these ppl

 

Rockets kill 1 hit

headshots kill 1 hit granted without a helmet

grenades launcher kills 1 hit

2 grenades to kill them

1 sticky kills as well if i recall

The more people who will wear a heavy utility vest in general, the more people will wear them in heists

 

I see this as heavy utility vest promotion on a scale that the hardcore gtao community can't promote it and rockstar themselves failed to promote it.

I hope it stays like this for atleast 6 months....

 

Besides...seems like an easy glitch...so if you come across one doing it you can just do the same( many of you kill/death ratio whores will probably do it regardless anyhow)

5 shots in the arm/legs is ridiculous. I get it should do less damage, but 5 is a little too much IMO. Balance is hard to find in this game, with headshots being 1 hit kill and body shots tanking 12-15 shots or so.

A .50 BMG passing within a foot of your head would kill you from a concussion.
