Player that needs 4 or 5 bullets of high sniper to die [VID]

Can some1 explain why this player needs 4 or 5 bullets of the powerfull sniper to die when everyone just need one or two?

The perks of the heavy utility vest only works for heists.

Even with the lack of headshots, he should be down with 3 or 4 hits.

Best theory is that he had his inventory opened while fighting you.

Correct. This glitch was known for months, but about a week ago someone update the video to Youtube and there are already several similar videos explain the glitch. I hope that Rockstar fix this gltich in the next update.

I'm not so sure modders haven't found a way around that patch. I ran into 3 players the other day, all with "mod" in their names. They were all running extremely fast, like almost fast run in story mode fast. I sent one of them a msg, saying I thought those modded cheats were patched, he replied, "never". And that was it.

 

EDIT: That said, yeah this case looks like that glitch.

There is a new glitch folks are using to make the utility vest workable for health outside of heists. But I'm settling on the open snack inventory I already stated and you corroborated.

I can put 'God' in my name, but that doesn't make me a God.

I come across players with 'Mod' in their name all the time, they just do that to look cool or scare people like you.

Speaking of armor, I still have the 10-each of the crappier armors in my inventory from the Christmas bonus and I can't restock the least-crappy armors (down to 4). I can still pick them up from the ground in PvP modes and purchase one from the pre-job screen, but I can't stockpile them.

You can only carry 10 armors at a time, so, yes, you have to burn through them all then you can buy new ones. Have a friend shoot you.

Scare people like me? Lol. I killed all three of them 4 times in a row before they finally decided to ghost organization, so I went passive. Then I just observed them for a while. I know what first person running looks like. This was faster.

Don't you just love it when you shoot a guy not looking at you and you know you hit him with at least five headshots and he rolls and kills you with what seems to be a single shot and you know you had you health and armor full before the encounter.

What's the point on logging in and playing clean when you have bums out there and then most of them have the audacity to brag about their "performance" and I have news for you, it's not always squeakers.
