Born in a dirty city in Cranberry County, San Andreas, Nikko took to a life of petty crime and after a botched bank job across the country in Carcer City, Nikko moved to Baker City. Trying to lay low and act like a middle class average joe, Nikko's plan to distance himself from crime fails when a paychotic internet weirdo blackmails him into performing other crimes, and taking jobs for the local mob. The fanatical hacker takes 50% of each cut or he will expose his secret, and Nikko must find him before his life of crime catches up to him.
