Silent Patch/ASI Loader + Fixed Vanilla Vehicles mods not working.

So I got Silent's ASI loader, then the patch (copy/paste in the root directory) and then modloader, I created 2 new folders in modloader like this. 2R0p.png

But the mods don't work. Silent Patch doesn't work nor the vehicle fixes (not sure about that)

 

Does anyone have a install guide for http://gtaforums.com/topic/725635-gta-san-andreas-fixed-vanilla-vehicles/ and Silent Patch?

Just download vehicle fixes, put them in FOLDER and then put FOLDER in modloader folder.

 

EASY :)

I got that figured out but now I have white exhausts on some vehicles. :v
