Is Peyote hardtop rare?

So last night I joined a new session and when I spawned I ran onto the street to get a car. Low and behold the hardtop Peyote hit me. I immediately stole it and knew that I was going to keep it. Took it to the shop and painted it black. I know there are some rare cars out there but I always say to myself...how rare is it when you can spot it once in awhile.

 

After fixing up the car and driving it around...I realize that this is one of the best looking cars in a hardtop.

 

Is this rare?

 

I don't see it very often and I was getting tons of compliments and u-turns flagging me down.

 

I've kept and sold a lot of cars but this one is a definite keeper. One of the best.

Interestingly enough i was driving around in SP and found a blue one with red neons on it. First I'd seen that.
