GTA V and GTA 4 installed at the same time - RGSC.exe?

So every time I try to start my GTA 4:

(RGSC.exe can't be started! RGSC must be available and running in order to start the game.) Or something.

 

 

I heard GTA V's Social Club overwrites GTA 4's social club. So, how can I run both of them without uninstalling GTA V every time I want to play GTA 4?

Updating GTA IV to Patch 1.0.7.0 removes the need for its standalone RGSC.
