Yesterday I was shot at in my Eclipse Towers garage. I was in passive or he would've killed me. He was standing on a shelf, against the back wall in the very back of that room in the back of the garage, just shooting and throwing sticky bombs at my cars. I tried looking it up but no luck. Any help as to how that happened?

If you are referring to the the inaccessible room located within the garage, there is currently a custom job that let's you access that room after leaving and returning to freemode.
