I run this a few times a day typically, my screen name is my PSN name, friend me and I may hop in for a rotation and I can likely introduce you to other guys who can do the drill. I'm also generally willing to do setups if someone needs.

 

The guys I play with do 50/25/25 split. IMO if a guy isn't worth 25% he isn't worth having along to begin with. Guys that don't f*k up and will sit around and grind for 6-8 hours at a sitting are worth it as far as I'm concerned. Much like in story mode, the guys who work for a low cut generally are priced cheap for a reason.

I hope for a 20% cut, you're not expecting those guys to do any work whatsoever post-leaving the bank. Those 60%er's should do all the killing and all the driving. I've had to do a 60-20-20 recently due to swapping with a new host and him really wanting 60 but the other hundreds of times I did this it's 50-25-25 always, I value the whole team and their contribution, not just out to benefit myself and my friend. Met a lot of great extra heist friends through this method, too. You can hit me up by message for my PSN if you like, just basically putting it out there I won't do much if you're constantly getting $250,000 more than me every 2 plays.

The point being that after the 100th time you won't even want to sit there and do nothing for only 20%. After a while you'll gladly pay the full 25 for someone to grab the money and hide the whole time.

 

The ONLY time I'll give more is if someone has been really helpful in doing some crap mission with one of my other friends and really needs money and I'm trying to throw them a bone.
