FOUND: Promotional Source Image and Vice City Notes

Found dmadesign.net which is hosted by a former DMA member. There are few relevant GTA posts but I thought 2 stood out.

 

The source image for the "Gun" promotional art...

There were also story notes about the Vice City portion of the game including character and gang descriptions and missions.
