Anotic Posted June 13, 2016 Share Posted June 13, 2016 why the hell would EA decide to release Titanfall 2 7 days AFTER Battlefield 1? They're two totally different games. I honestly can't see one cannibalizing the other. Rather, Titanfall is more in direct competition with COD and Destiny. Whereas, Battlefield is in a league of its own this time around. I plan on buying both. i will be too, but Battlefield 1 with overshadow Titanfall 2 regardless of how different they are. i know for a fact that i'll be spending more time playing Battlefield 1, which is why i was hoping they'd release Titanfall a few weeks prior. Yeah, your 'remastered' PC version was 32bit and couldn't use more than two cores. The game had pretty awful DOF and no volumetric lighting, you could get both via ENB but that's a messy alternative than having the graphics done through the engine and shaders. I was like, "damn is this really what the Elder Scrolls section will be about"? Went upstairs to try to find my slippers(never found them), then went back to the PS4 and Todd Howard said "we do have one more thing to show you guys". Almost busted a nut right then and there. I do really hope they have a slightly better told main story and tougher difficulty options tho. Can't wait to find out more about the lore, because the world is really fascinating and we've only got a tiny glimpse of what it contains. The first 2 games only cover portions of singular cities which are tiny compared to the entire world of the game that is shown in maps and such. If you get inspired by video games to actually hurt people then most likely you had something wrong in your head in the first place. Which is why I'm surprised so many PC master race fanboys are going around complaining that the remastered version doesn't look as good as their 20fps over saturated mess.
