GTA3Rockstar Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 Why are people excited for Scorpio? The graphics we have now are satisfactory. You realise it's gonna cost a bomb for that too right? That's like saying 1080p television is satisfactory, but now we have 4k resolution. So, why not 4k gaming? I think VR will be huge, not sure why everyone is complaining there's too much. I was typing all like; sh*t is awesome, first FPS ever I might play and then it said Call of Duty and I just pretended I never wrote it cause i'm too cool for Call of Duty. Those space battles looked immensely fun. Isn't this that CoD that got it's trailer butchered by fans?Yeah I didn't realize it was Cod at first either and honestly I thought it looked pretty fun although I kept wondering if it's just gonna be very linear and considering it turned out to be COD it probably is. Nothing really wowed me. Probably the 2 games I care most about are Dishonored 2 and The Last Guardian. I think Sony had the best conference in terms of just how they presented it. I think they focused most on actually showing games instead of wasting our time with bullsh*t and I liked that whole theater as well as the orchestra set up they had. It will but only if the game comes with 4k, for framerate reasons. They might be waiting on suppliers at the moment. Counting their Shark Card profits because that's all they're going to earn until they actually announce a game... As for the Scorpio, I hope there's a way to optimize the graphics like on PC. I'm only saying this because I don't own a 4K TV at the moment and would like to see if downgrading the graphics to 1080p would affect the framerate. Edit: WTF I didn't watch the Ubisoft conference and I only just found out that they're releasing a sequel to Grow Home. f*ck YES! I loved the original, we don't get many 3rd-person platformers these days so it was a really nice breath of fresh air. Mafia III, Battlefield 1, Watch Dogs 2, Steep, Halo Wars 2, Mass Effect: Andromeda. I've never been interested in so many upcoming games at the same time since, at least, 2012? Instead they're bringing another generic boring zombie survival, Days Gone. In a poll, wanted to vote for Microsoft (Forza Horizon 3 and lots of PC announcements) but I'm cautious about W10 Store and this UWP. I think of it as the new GfWLive which may be even worse.
