Rockstar editor audio problems

Okay so I am having the problem of the audio transitions and when it slows down. Is there anyway to get rid of the honk or airplane when the video cuts to another clip so it looks a lot more natural? Because I have been just annoyed with this. Also is there a better way to slow down time and not have the audio sound like garbage because If there is a way I would love to hear it

For getting better timestretched sounds, you should export the original audio (with a black screen if you don't want footage) and then edit it in a 3rd party program such as Sony Vegas.

 

As for removing the honk and aeroplane sounds, I'd suggest completely lowering the in-game sound effects volume and add an ambience sound fx clip. They are long sound effects and should fit in ok.
