Do you like 'team working' in GTA Online?

I'm either or, but it does give me a "I'm so happy.." feeling when a bunch of randoms join you and everyone puts in their fair share of work/effort in any activity.

Yes, especially on heists. It would work if there was some sort of communication with my team. Less screw-ups happen.

I work as a team a lot of the time, ie: with friends. It's a shame, though, that some idiots in free mode don't appreciate what can get done - even alongside bitter enemies - if team work is temporarily employed. Never have I seen such stupidity in GTAO as:

 

- Fighting with each other on the beach and doing the privacy prevention defense for the VIP, thus none of us ever making it to the yacht as we're constantly spawn killing each other, like being scoped from the yacht isn't bad enough. Some common f*cking sense, how about we put that sh*t aside so we can just get to the yacht. Once we're there and ass rape the VIP and his bodyguards, sure, we can fight for that flimsy yellow marker. Rather you or me get it than the VIP bitch, right?

- A jet is strafing everyone in sight, yet some dumb mother f*ckers still only care about getting kills on the ground. I know from experience jets can be downed with a multi homing launcher effort (even just 2 strategic and clever people, got a lot down myself due to no other mother f*cker caring, yet still raging when they're killed by the jet) even if they're not hit, 99% will f*ck off as it's too dangerous to be flying in that area and if they're down, 100% never come back. Most go passive, too. Pussies.

I love playing as a team but only when people do play as a team. If you are in a team of people you know then it can be a lot of fun but randoms thrown together never really works unless you're very lucky. Take last night for example. I was playing a game of Kuruma v mini gun and quite happily driving backwards and forwards over someone to kill them when some idiot decided to drive into me at full speed and knock me out of the way so they could get the kill. That's the kind of stuff that goes on all the time in random team events. Most people just out for themselves.

Yes. Its a ton of fun with friends.

 

Heist with randoms : No

Mission with randoms : Yes but can be annoying when you enter a lobby full of kurumas

 

When I am the VIP and I play with randoms, if I see one bodyguards not helping with the works I simply do the terminate option.

I never really got to play co-op. Missions and heists are Kuruma races, no one is really interested in having fun playing challenging PvE.
It makes me wonder why so many people hypocritically ask for single player content.
