3ds Max (gta sa) How to export player model

Hi,

 

Can someone explain me how to export, let say, the tshirt model for cj, export that properly and having the .dff working when CJ is fat, skinny or muscular; because when I export my model, in-game the model is only skinny, Im missing some some step when I export.

 

Thanks in advance.
