How do you make your job title green/red ?

I saw a job where the title is colored red and green made by CarlosCoDHD.

Definitely done through mods. Same thing goes when you receive texts with different colored words.

 

The name CarlosCoDHD does ring a bell as I've received countless invites to jobs he's created.

 

Cameron, I think he means the actual words have color and are not just plain white text. He's not talking about the color of the invite or notification box that pops up though that does happen a lot even on LG where only the heist invites are not colored black.
