Very glad to see Vapid on top. I've had many dogs this fight, but Vapid was one of my preferred favorites to win since Day One. Its a full line manufacturer, very representative of IRL vehicles and they offer quite a few standout personal vehicles.

Wonder how different these last few posts would have been if the final 2 were Ubermacht and Benefactor.

That kind of finale would be considered Legend vs Legend, unlike the Ford vs Chevy fight we had just now which had a Legend vs sh*t finale, respectively.

just an unnecessary statistic; in 6 out of 9 eliminations games,the option that got the first downvote got eliminated first,that makes aprox. %66,7.I voted first in 3 elimination games,in all of them the option I downvoted got eliminated first.

This means ; I wasted 10 mins of today for this

Damn...wanted Declasse to win, but at least it's not Benefactor. Well played Vapid, well played.

 

Speaking of which, I saw Vapid as an underdog tbh, often going under the radar, then as we got to the final stretch, it seemed like the company was what the Benefactor upvoters wanted dead.

Let's not forget these amazing Vapid vehicles:

 

The Peyote - a vehicle that looks amazing, even without Benny getting his $$ hands on it (albeit very slow).

 

The Slamvan - I had my doubts that Benny could do his magic on this one, but it's AMAZING. A revelation after customisation.

 

The Blade - there is nothing like the Blade's body-lines in GTA online. It's weirdly wonderful and a great racing car too.

 

The Dominator - still the king of the Muscle car racing category IMO. Learn to tame this beast and you're on the way to mastering GTA online racing.

 

The Sandking - a bit of a letdown performance wise, but has a 17.5-18.5 k sale value around Sandy Shores

Actually I was also considering to Suggest that.

It's has been 1.5 year since the first elimination game was made which was the Sports Vehicle Elimination game.

 

Although, I like Larcs idea too, Let's finish that first, Then maybe we can start over with all Vehicle games.

I posted a new graph above and in the original post. I'd like this thread to stay open at least 24 hours so we can discuss the new game and I can fix some things. I want to add more of the puns and commentary from the voters (at large, not just a few) into the Original Post.

 

Thank you everyone who participated in this game and the last game.

You never know how these things are gonna go, but it's been great to see so much enthusiasm, so many debates, pictures, experiences, gifs, etc. I appreciate the people coming together and making this game lively. The biggest thing I can say is thank you to everyone checking the scores, keeping the rules in mind, keeping the good vibes following (which is crucial) and maintaining the flow of the game. I can't be everywhere at every time, so thank you to every single person who stepped up and took initiative to solve problems at some point and do what they thought was right by the rules of the game. Honestly guys, you're a big help in terms of managing these games. With 41 brands to eliminate it literally took a village to make this work.

 

That's pretty much the short and long of it.

If I could add anything else...

• Keep the discussion on the item and not the voter
• Check yourself before you wreck yourself (in scores/debates/typos etc). I'm not immune to this myself, but it's something to keep in mind
• The game should be fun, first and foremost. That's what matters

Thank you trusting in me to host these games and the respect for my perspective. I also appreciate those calling me out on things they disagreed with or offered suggestions or constructive criticism. I'm pleased with the state of these games and it's been a great experience. They're lively and dramatic, but in a good way; glad to have had this opportunity to host at such a time.

 

I will not host the next Elimination Game. After two back-to-back 40+ page games, I'd like a brief reprieve. I will still do graphs and I'll still vote as usual. I'm undoubtedly down to reprise my role as host again, but it will be nice to catch my breath.

The old games had more of an anything goes feel and we got through them ok whereas this one's had quite a lot of posts deleted that could have been left in. Just my opinion.
