DLC Weapons Elimination Game

For the next elimination game (as the bottom of the barrel is noticeably scraped) should it be between the strippers?

 

Why not take the top 20 cars from this game and start a POSITIVITY game?

 

Each of the 20 cars starts on 0 votes, and everyone can +1 their favourite car once per day. No elimination, no negative votes, just positive. The winner is the one who gets 20 positive votes, or whatever we decide upon.

While this sounds like a good idea, only way to make it fair would be to have the winner need to reach X=Amount of cars*"Average of each cars current score when we change the game"/2+1 or to say it simplier. "Score to win"=20*Y/2+1

This way a car can only win by reaching half of the scores all cars have. That kinda also means the winner would need something in the 200 score range to win fair.

(+1) to Annis because the Elegy is hands down the best vehicle. It's free. You can't beat free. The best starting vehicle you can get.
(-2) to Enus so it's closer to Obey - let's have a fight!

Simply a suggestion as I don't want to continue the off-topic discussion of coloring book votes but I think, personally, the best way to post scores is under the list. People can quickly see your votes, no need to delete the numbers and forget any (avoids confusion) and you can list your reasoning along with your additions/subtractions. I personally think it's the best way. As Recon said (and a few others), to each their own. Just keep moving on if removing/looking at scores is too much for you.

Hello and welcome to the saddest commentator's booth in the history of Los Santos. I'm Rod Eenserhter, along with Harry Knutsak and we're now at our lowest. The Free Hugs Cave was actually owned by a man named Recon who, while our temporary stay, decided to spike our muddied water with...something. Let's just say that it's not coffee cream but it was indeed a liquid - like paste substance, really. I drank a cup before realizing a tingey taste and Harry here took two for the road.

Speaking of road, while hiking here at the most remote checkpoint in the race we stumbled on a few wrecks, most notably Coil. It's weird as the Brawler had crashed off road which is its natural habitat. We also saw Vulcar with its Ingot which is also weird as we spotted it at an abandoned flea market which is its natural habitat. Many others have fallen such as Canis, Emperor and Willard while others have jumped so far in the lead we can't even see them such as Invetero, Karin, Pegassi and Vapid. Enus and Obey are both in last, battling it out to stay ahead of one another. Let's take a quick look at the action replay for those out of the race in this section:

Vulcar has a cool older brother named the Warrener but it sadly got taken down as well.

Weeny is out of the race. Harry gets pissed off.

Chariot and Zirconium attend a funeral; their own! Oh, and Rod got sick from too many ECola's.

Schyster, Hijak and Truffade walk into a metal bar. Harry loses his accent.

BF, Dundreary, Mammoth, Bollokan and Cheval slid on some oil, gasoline and lube (how did that get there?). Rod and Harry relocate to the Free Hugs Cave.

Vulcar, Emperor, Canis, Willard and Coil are sold at a police auction. Rod and Harry are attacked by bad punners.



Points to whoever can identify everyone in the picture. Don't derail the thread with who is where, just say it out loud and I'll hear it. :p

Man, TeammateAssist is in for a shock next time he comes in here. As for the discussion regarding posts being hidden (yeah I know I'm late), I agree with the fact that discussion related to the game should be allowed - if for no other reason than to laugh at people who take these games so seriously that they get genuinely upset over how others vote - but sometimes it does go too far. Moderation is subjective, and it's not always an easy decision of when it's better to put out the camp fire before it turns into a forest fire, if you catch my drift. I haven't deleted anything in here, but I respect the judgement of other staff members and I'm not going to stick my nose into their decisions. I know it seems like our job should be black and white, but you gotta remember that we're still people, too.

Because they make beautiful vehicles with outstanding performance no matter how old they are, much better than Pegassi save for the Monroe, if you took the time to getting a Coquette Classic then you'd know why Invetero deserves such a good spot.

(+1) Ocelot. A pretty good brand, with good cars, and a good name. Doesn't really deserve to get caught up in weirdness and grudges, whoever they're with or what they're about.


(-2) Karin. They make the Armoured Kuruma - AKA the homing launcher of cars. Sure, it's good for heists and missions, but in free mode ... It punishes people who don't deserve punishing, while causing nothing significant to long term players (who'll just blow it up). Plus it pushes bad sport on people. Karin also made the Karin Snipe.


These are the only explanations for my votes that anyone's going to get in this thread. I think they're good enough; if anyone doesn't, then they should PM me.

I have to admit, seeing the hype for Grotti in this thread made me curious. I had never owned anything Grotti. So I went and bought four of them.

 

Cheetah, meh, first one sold. Damn thing looks like an anteater. If the secondary color would replace the carbon on the hood and roof, it might have a little more potential. Secondary color only applying to the stitching on the interior? More R* ridiculous logic.

 

Stinger GT. Not bad actually, but the skinny tires ruined it for me.

 

Carbonazzarre or however tf it's spelled. Nice engine sound, but just looks weird. Pales in comparison to the Massacro, and I don't even own that, either. Plus, just a really really bad name.

 

Turismo. Pretty neat car, but I just have no use for it. I feel like it would compete with my Zentorno for use, and it's gonna lose that battle every time.

 

Overall, not bad really. Better than what my opinion of them was before this game. Still not impressive enough for me to own one, but I can see why some would like them.

 

Still can't up vote them because I don't own one, that would be ridiculous, but I won't be down voting them any time soon.
