BLOOD Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 As we all know, Take-Two Interactive is the Parent Company of Rockstar Games Inc.and 2K Publishing Inc.(2K Sports, 2K Play) and both are it two Game Publishing Divisions with their own Game Development Subsidiary Studios such as Rockstar North, Rockstar San Diego, 2K Marin, 2K Czech, Visual Concepts among many others with a total of almost 3,000 employees.I think if they buy Zenimax Parent Company of Bethesda Studios, Id Softwork among others it will give them more IPs to add to their Portfolio along with their money-makers GTA, Red Dead, Sport titles, X-Com, Civilization, GTAO Universe and Zenimax also have money-makers like The Elder Scrolls and Fallout.After the acquisition they can make it become their third Game Publishing Division.What do you guys think? True but GTA alone is worth more than $7 billion plus Take-Two's market cap of $3.03 billion so that a whopping $10 billion if all is added and then there is Red Dead, X-COM, Civilization and two behemoth Game Publishing Divisions:Rockstar Games Inc. it studios and 2K Publishing Inc.it 2K Sports unit and studios.If they could reject $2 billion 8 years ago (even with less market cap) now i cannot imagine the legend that is Zelnick accepting anything less than $7 billion (more or less).I think they would surprise the Gaming industry soon with a "WOW" Acquisition.
