MC Patch Request

I need a patch just like http://bfmc16.com/bilder/Patch_16.jpg
except I need it to be exactly 512x512 PNG format, transparent background around the patch and instead of the 16 make it 73. I have examples of the 7s and 3s also if needed. Thanks in advance!
