any known passive glitches about?

I was just in a session fighting a hydra when it went into passive, and long story short it could use weapons while passive OR turn passive off and on with no delay

I'm not sure which but I also encountered another guy in his organisation who I couldn't kill, after sniping then in the chest 5 times they killed me, likely with the same glitch.

 

is this known about?

any counter other than leaving? I tried setting a bounty but it didn't let me

Yes it is known bug.

It appears mostly after VIP Deathmach, at least it did for me.

 

Long story short, there is no way to fix it other then start Sightseer or Hostile takeover.

 

Best way to run from these kind of players is to change session.

Something strange happened to me too, i shoot 3 horming missils to a jet and hit them all but the guy keep flying like nothing happen and killed me 5 times.

Another person who can't get a kill any other way. That's as bad as the Passive Mode abusers.

probably lag. They hit on your screen, but not on jet pilots screen.

That is a whimp tactic. Glitches like this have been around since the beginning of GTA Online.

 

There is at least two other passive mode glitches that are active right now - Passive Mode while V.I.P./Bodyguard and there is a god mode aspect to it. A few weeks ago I watched a V.I.P. get headshot multiple times by the police npc's, and it did nothing to him.

 

The second one is passive mode with guns and is useless for one reason - you can still kill them with explosives.
