Logistic Division of The Sol Invictus Group

Logistic will range to what vehicles you use and what you transport. Also who you may transport somewhere. Each section will have to be trained for that part of logistics. You'll haul a wide variety of items from various locations in San Andreas.

Just being apart of this division without going through the course to obtain CDL class will limit you to using standard cars. You will not being able to use any commercial vehicle, but you can still work your way through driver status. In order to become a supervisor you will have to have a CDL Class A and be trained by the leader in what to do and what not to do. Also show promise in leadership skills.

Standard vehicle logistic duties will be very specific deliveries and may require a lot of face to face with the business deals so it is just as important as the commercial vehicle side of logistics.

Commercial vehicle logistic duties will not be as much face to face, but you may have to be present for some business. Just not as often.

Logistic is not just moving of items, it is also transportation arrangement of getting people where they need to be. Rather that it is a bus route, cab ride, helicopter transport, boat deliveries and transports.

Logistic is one of the most broad division there is, it incorporates several duties into one division. So you're going to have to be a quick study and be able to pick up on multiple skills in order to successfully work in this division. It not hard, it just a lot to have to know.

As far as boat deliveries and boat transports go it will be arranged like any other deal. The deal is just made over the deep blue sea. Transportation by boat is easy enough although we rarely transport less than 3-4 people. We'll provide the vessel and you transport people to a certain dock nearest the location they want to go. It up to them to figure out from there.

How to change division?

Once you meet the minimal requirements for a division set by the leader of that division, you may request/apply to join them and you MUST inform your current boss of the division you are in before you apply for another division so they can actively prepare to make changes accordingly.

Rookie: Automatic rank upon joining

 

Driver: Moved to this position once proven loyal.

 

Instructor: Teaches the skills and road test for people getting their CDL in whichever class their going for.

 

Senior Instructor: Teaches the skills and road test for people getting their CDL in whichever class their going for.

Supervisor: Appointed by leader to manage routes, trucks, warehouses, etc.

Manager: Position is appointed by the leader of logistic leader to maintain multiple garages, personnel, business deals in his absences. Responsible for giving full report to the logistic leader of business, routes, deliveries, and any arrangements made during his absence. (Only one Superintendent will be appointed.) (While logistic leader is present Superintendent will function as a Supervisor. This means he will have a garage without a supervisor he will always manage even while filling in as Superintendent.)

Driving Academy

Anyone can apply to the academy to get certified to drive commercial vehicles it doesn't matter what division you're in. If you want that on your resumes, then apply to the driving academy.

Basic Vehicle Control Skill Test

There are 6 “backing” parking maneuvers you will need to know in order to drive a commercial vehicle with a CDL Class A, B, or C. They will be covered here and taught in game and evaluated. This skill test will only be covered for a week. If passed will move you onto the road test which is final portion. If evaluation is failed, then you'll be offered Academic Probation (AP) which will let you have a free week to train on maneuvers and re-evaluate.

AP is only offered ONCE on either skill test or road test. If failed on AP, then you'll have to work in logistic on a standard Driver's License restrictions for two weeks before trying again.

Pre-Trip Inspection will also be covered in the Skill Test, but it will not be evaluated until the road course. Now there are a few sections to pre-trip inspection, but one part will not be covered as highly because of our limitation in GTA Online.

Road test will be in the truck with an instructor to teach you how to properly drive a truck and trailer and/or a straight truck or bus whichever you are trying to get a CDL for. The road course will be learned in detail in game. Road course is a week which is the 2^nd week of apprentice and hopefully last. If AP was not used on the skills it can be offered if you don't pass evaluation of the road test which will give you a extra week on the road course. If passed you'll go on to get your CDL Class A, B, or C for GTA Online. If failed on AP you will need to drive with the restrictions of a standard Driver's License for two weeks where you can attempt the course again.

Vanguard Security Squad (VSS)

VSS is the division that ensure perfection and safety in everything we do.

It is their job to ensures Operation's business deals are not ambushed and run smoothly by scouting their location before the meeting. Checking for any sniping weakness the location may present. Always having access points being watched before and during all meetings.

They are also important to logistics and transportation division as they will have to scout the routes that will be used, locations starting from and ending at. Also security may be required to maintain a convoy with these two division if a threat is known about in advance or priority level is high.

Administration is also important for Security to defend as Administration is the division that maintains our reports and files them, also Administration is the least combat ready division, so their protection is of importance to keep them out of the line of fire.

Security is the division that will have the most stress on their resource numbers because they have to be on alert for so many situations and failure is not an options. Failure in security can easily in up in fatality. Security division will have the most rigorous training of any division combat wise to prepare them for absolutely any situation imaginable.

Operations Unit (SIGS OPS)

Division Leader: ZeroHourE

Operations is one of the division groups within Sol Invictus, where we specialize in Mission creation and completion, mercenary work and gang control.

 

Operations is a bit different compared to the other groups within Sol Invictus as we have a bit more flexibility in what we do. Our primary purpose as a group is to be a social voice for the organisation, setting up, meeting and dealing with other organisations, criminals and citizens. In other words, when the new Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update hits, we are going to be the primary group organizing meetings, meeting and dealing with outside groups, as well as bringing in product.

 

Apart from this, we are primarily a very flexible division where we focus on a number of different duties; organizing missions of our own creation, working with allied groups to ensure a good reputation within the Crews community, and dealing with the criminal element within Los Santos.

 

Mission creation can vary from small missions such as eliminating targets, dealing with other criminal organisations operating within Los Santos, chasing down Bounties, to larger missions such as planning Bank Heists, assisting persons of interest with a difficult situation, and if necessary, deal with government forces with an even bigger force. In other words, we can also handle Heists and VIP.

 

Otherwise, we help out where we can with the other divisions if necessary, or even go beyond what the other divisions will do. Security not willing to go after a specific target? Send in an Operative to eliminate the target. Administration need help creating missions or organising paperwork for the organisation? Send in an Operative to help create new missions and to help out. Need something small such as a case of diamonds or money delivered quickly and can't get Logistics to do it? You guessed it, Operations will be able to do it, quickly, securely and in style. Operations is a one size fits all division, and we need you to be as well.

 

Job Requirements:

• A friendly, sociable attitude towards other members of the group and its allies.
• At least one professional looking suit for important Sol Invictus meetings.
• At least one armored vehicle for protection, which we can help you gain funds to afford.
• At least one fast moving vehicle of any class for quick response to situations, which we can help you gain funds to afford.
• Preferably someone who is on frequently. We can work around your schedule but we'd prefer someone who can frequently work with us.
• Solid experience in Heist missions.
• Strong ability to adapt and flexibility change depending on situations. Remember, you may also be working with other divisions and may need to change your style to assist.
• An imagination and willingness to create missions for yourself and others in the group.

What we offer:

• A more sociable GTA experience than any other division within the organization.
• More flexibility in almost every element within the crew, from how you choose to look, to what you can drive, to what you can do as part of Sol Invictus. (E.g: our crew will often emphasize using specific vehicles from a ranked section; we can't have that luxury, so drive whatever you want.)
• Depending on how many we can get in this division and working, possibly more money than some groups are willing to offer.
• No real rank or structure, at least for the moment.
