Bow and arrows, Throwing Knives, Spears, Spiked-Clubs

The only thrown weapon I really want is beer bottles. You can carry ten beers, 5 could be empties to throw from cars. Come on, how funny would it be nailing npc's with beer bottles from passing cars? Better than snowballs.

If they were to add a bow, I bet that would be included with another 'Adversary Mode' update. Oh, I can see it now...

On an unrelated note, who in the actual hell thought that "Rhino Hunt" would be a good idea?!

Modern crossbow and throwing knives could probably be used in GTA,but medieval stuff like spears, flails, swords... would probably look a little weird in a game about crime set in 20th or 21th century (depending on when the next GTA is set,but even if it goes before GTA VCS,like the 50s or 60s or 70s,weapons that primitive still wouldn't fit).

Honestly a modern bullet proof shield woud be fun...same for a trowing knife

omg yes. melee equipped riot shield usable with a pistol or micro smg!

 

with a big ole slit that npcs wont be about to hsoot through very well, but any player worth his salt at medium range could put a round through with ease to keep it balanced.

Npcs aim to accurate for not to hit any hole.

I imagen the shield to be a standalone weapon, just usefull to cross a small street protecting against everything but explosives and not protecting the lower legs if moving...or against all sorts of npc's....and against auto aim
