One thing about waiting I don't understand is that launching next Tuesday, or even Friday, will get more people to play, since a lot of people have a three-day weekend w/ Memorial Day. It'd also seem likely for more people to be willing to spend money on a holiday, shark cards or whatever, so why are they waiting? Just don't get it.

At least there's double $ and not just double rp like they've mostly been doing, I find that to be quite stupid.

 

Double rp only helps a perecentage of people, most people are above 120 on both chars or are sticking to one.

 

They also cap the rp for some modes, so it's not even double anyway (not sure about $)

That's the spirit! I've got zero trust in them since Heist were promised "this spring" in 2014. Don't believe me? Here is the link.

Simple google search for "this spring heists gta" will provide even more reposted BS from R* marketing rectum. Yeah, that was 2014. Yeah, Heists were released in 15. I can recall people on this very forum reciting each other and calculating when the spring will end in specific hemisphere. That was beyond retardation.

 

Come on, guys! Fundamental truth: R* can not be trusted and there is no true pattern. I should start collecting bets on update date, will make a bloody fortune!

Had a level 8000 after me, saw him coming at me in a Kuruma, shot him through the little sweet spot. He respawned back on foot, tried sniping me with the sh*tty Marksman, owned him with the heavy sniper. He didn't get one single kill and wound up leaving the lobby.

It's just part of the detailed scenery that's been there since Oct. 1st 2013, if not Sept. 17th. Some people took it literally and are now upset that they can't gamble outside of betting on PvP modes, including racing.

Umm... there's nothing "supposedly" about the audio files. They were data mined from the game files and uploaded to youtube shortly after the Beach Bum Update released back in 2013.
