I'm just looking forward to the "feature rich updates" in the future. This may not necessarily mean new materials to buy or use, but rather the updates/tweaks to already in-game content (yachts get heist room, interior options, helipads introduced to apartments, yachts can spawn any owned air and sea vehicles in spaces proved, etc). I think this could be their best year yet, before the launch of the new and improved gta online in GTA 6. They've had years of foundation building and feature implementing, while the fans have given input/demands. Wouldn't be surprised if they were silently whooping ass in the office, while the masses whaaa whaaa'd and doubted their loyalty to the fans/customers. 2016, the year everything came together, building one sick ass foundation for the next chapter.

Good post above and I fully agree. We don't really need much new stuff, not nearly as much as we need to expanded the use of many existing items/features. You can make yachts far more useful, incorporate more vehicle mods, for every car dammit, go back and institute level locks for certain things, etc. Fix what there already is instead of introducing a ton of new stuff, which will probably just be broken from the start.

I have a strange feeling in me telling me that because of the subtitle files found

that this update (Finance and Felonies) will be Martin texting us and drive from point a to point b and protect your goods from assholes. It won't be as good as the hype suggests and I really have a feeling that since this has been in the game so long that this was just rainy day content and that by releasing this and Cunning Stunts these updates will keep us occupied while they finish working on Heists Pt. 2 and start up work for Bahama Mamas DLC so that we can spend our money on that and earn it from Heists Pt. 2

And Heists Pt. 2 is realistic because the overpriced vehicles added from heists will look great to many players who will shell out a sh*tload of shark card cash just to get them. And they never said no more heists they just said don't expect any anytime soon. I think it's been long enough and 2017 is a realistic release date.

 

Oh BTW If Bahama Mamas DLC comes out in 2017 summer it shoulds have new music in radio stations and it will buttrape us for shark card money!

At least the eyepatch would be the the last piece to complete some people's "Big Boss" collection. We already have enough army-grade vehicles, weapons and clothing to open our own PMC that could rival Merryweather. The eyepatch would cement our look as a hardened mercenary.

you again with heists ? Heists part 2 is not gonna happen at least for a long time. I know it sucks but what can you do? You're better of not being so focused On getting more heists because it is a unrealistic thought at this point. Hope i am wrong but i think that you might be dissapointed in that regard.

Also if stunting is a thing then the redwood track or something within the Maze bank Arena such as kick start would be nice (just because it was cut doesn't mean it won't be in the game, R* just don't want it in the game now).

Now, start one of those jobs, the vote screen should mostly contain those other jobs (cco2/dirt road/potshot/coveted/factory closure/close action)...yeah, it'd be nice to just have them in the list like normal missions, but I do the above and regularly invite people who are ecstatic to find out that Coveted in particular still exists.

I would be pissed if they do that again. I'm the kind of person that play a lot for 2-4 weeks then stop playing for 1-2 months, so I rather have the content all at once, I play with all of it for a while then comeback just before the next DLC.

I'm way ahead of you on that one, but as you've said it would be nice to just list them. If I'm not mistaken, those missions were removed from the last gen game for limititation reasons, but weren't included (or were also removed from) the current gen, yet the current gen has more than enough grunt to support those mission and all the other cut missions like Docks to Stocks 2 and Chemical Extraction. They mightn't be popular missions, but people still play them. Anyways we can always hope

 

I'm going to take this opertunity to say if Heists were expanded I'd like to see a glut of minor (2 player) heists with a short set up (one or 2 missions) and up to $400k takes. I don't think we need too many more big heists like Pacific Standard (maybe one more super heist taking the the Maze Bank for $8m. The getaway from such an open and central location would be impressive). Add in a Super Extraction - cum- courier mission for up to $1m and I'd be happy. Of course I'm being wishful though and can live with or without more heists.

On topic - I really cannot see them making another specific heists update although it would keep me playing for hours as I said

in said posters now locked topic.

 

I think we just have to wait and see how these new two updates go in player numbers, I'm actually thinking I might try and catch

up on adversary modes now I've got my PS4 disc space sorted.

This is actually incorrect, those missions are available on the map without the need to bookmark them after playing them on a playlist.

 

My signature has the link to the guide I made on here about this particular issue a long time back now, new bookmarks of those missions don't work, I myself have tried that method and they do not appear for me only at the times stated in my guide.

I was able to get cco3 bookmarked on xb1, the job itself not just a playlist, it wouldn't let me do it on the first job in a list or the last but if I do a 3x playlist it works the second time...or it did at one time at least...now it shows yellow all the time on my map, instead of blue and only during their window, that's all I meant about bookmarking.

 

I'm going to try the same w potshot and will report back w an edit to this.

 

Tried all sorts of things, nothing worked to make a new bookmark for those types of jobs...oh well, at least cco3 and coveted are always there for me.

One can hate police in game and disapprove the violence IRL, but if the sh*t goes down - they are supposed to keep the order and in most of the cases, they will, if available.

All cops i have met IRL were decent human beings, even the one who arrested me by mistake.
