I would rather have the whole map converted and optimized first then move on to the gang wars and stuff.

the map space of V is larger than IV, it would be missing half sancudo lake and mount chilliad+paleto bay.

IV has a dull ambient because that was meant to be for what Liberty city represents into GTA storyline, a dull city full of rats and crimes, V is a spoof out of "Los Angeles" and some countryside, it would be bizzarre to have it all dull

IVs atmosphere can be changed, as you can see from the Gostown Paradise (Tropical Island) & GTA IV:SA (San Andreas in IV) mods. also Fastman has been working on the GTA IV limits, so size wouldnt really matter anymore either. the reason I say V's map should be converted to IV is because of the ease of modding. at this point in time, GTA IV is highly customizable, sure not as much as San Andreas but far more than GTA V is currently.

 

also There are no rats in GTA IV.

im aware of NTA's old and dead mod that he left unfinished and buggy due to take2 slapping him with a lawsuit over his GTA 5 Multiplayer mod.

anyway I want someone to try again with the recent/Future limit adjustments made by Fastman92 for GTA IV. hopefully they can get paths to properly work and stuff.

didnt say you had to, just said I would like to see it.

 

IV is a hit & miss when it comes to hardware compatibility, it runs pretty good on my 2007 rig (AMD Athlon 64 X2 & Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS OC & 3 GB Ram) where as on my 2014 rig (AMD A-10 & Radeon HD 8650G & 6GB Ram) it runs like ass.

because VK is a Russian site, and I'm RUSSIAN

 

and the main audience mod that Russian Ukrainians and people from the Caucasus, to me an easier way to communicate because the language barrier is not a problem,

it's not as easy as you probably think)

first, if we compare the project gta underground" by Dkluin

then there is porting the old maps from earlier versions to a later version of the engine, there is much simpler as the structure is similar largely that that that III VC SA

in 4 and 5, the engine became much better and more powerful and had a lot more, and the very structure of the game has become more difficult

what many of you expect or want to see, it is impossible purely technically, possible and unlikely to appear

 

my initial goal is MAPS, and before I made this, and other questions is inappropriate...

It would get you quite a bit of fame with the Brazilian GTA Fans for the Rio map. Driver 2 fans would love you for it too and Chicago is a popular city in america right now so you can capitalize on that.
