GTA V My Mods Are Installed But Are Not Working Help !

i have a Rockstar GTA V account (Not from Steam) i tried to install mods 4 times now nothing worked

 

 

as you can see here i have the Enhanced trainer mod installed with scripthook v asi and all that crap

i already tried to install 4 different types of trainers

still no luck

 

i also installed some cars with openIV They are not working also :(

and im 100% sure that i installed the trainer right it's a drag&drop so nothing wrong could happen

 

And sorry for my bad english Help me please
