Hi,

 

How do I pull the guys tooth up in "By the Book"? The first part says to just hold the left mouse button which, is easy enough but the second part says rotate what looks to be the mousewheel but I have tried that and it did not work. The only controls I have reconfigured from the default are the arrow keys are being used for movement instead od WASD. All, the guides I found online tell me how to do it on console by rotating the right anolog stick. I can not find a guide that tells me how to do the mission on pc.

Anyone know how to pull the tooth?

 

Edit:

 

Extract a tooth using pliers Press the LMB to have Trevor use them to grab a
tooth and hold the LMB down while rotating the mouse to have him pull a tooth.
The faster you rotate the faster Trevor pulls--the speed is indicated by a dia-
gram at the bottom center of the screen.
