GTA SA Crashes after installing CLEO 4.

I tried reinstalling the game and cleo 4, but it still crashes, for now i disabled cleo 4.

I using CLEO 4.3 downloaded from http://cleo.li/i don't have ASI loader or something else, just cleo 4.3.

Cleo 4.3 comes with ASI LOADER out of the box. Do you have any scripts installed?

the reason is simple you forgot to do the following

.- Add gta_sa.exe to DEP exemptions

.- Set compatibility mode to Windows XP SP3

.- Run as admin

you have to do this since windows 7 and up if you are going to use mods because of a problem with the apis if you dont do this gta sa will crash.

Then what do you suggest,DEP whitelist is a necesary step that you have to is not a choice because gta_sa.exe wont add itself to DEP meaning that silent asi loader will fail to load,if silent asi loader dont load cleo wont work and the game will crash.

Normally on windows Xp SP3 gta_sa.exe adds itself to DEP exemptions but thats only if you have windows XP if you have windows 7 and up you have to do those steps.

Other option would be for silent to make a modified exe that adds itself to dep exemptions and run in admin mode in windows xp sp3 mode.

Adding a program to dep means that you are bypassing some security procedures on windows 7 or up,but this was said by microsoft if you wish to use windows games prior to 2006 you need to set the compatibility mode to windows xp sp3,run as admin and add the game exe to dep excemption due to differences betwen the apis of windows Xp and windows 7,adding an exe to dep doesnt mean that everything will bypass the security procedures it means that the exe you added to dep wll bypass the security alll the others programs will have a higher security check because everything will be force to be checked.

You have to do this to other games as well like Gta IV,Half Life,Half Life 2,Conter Strike,Resident Evil 4,Star Wars,Chaos Legion,Hyper Dimension Neptunia,Total Overdose,Team Fortress 2,Rpg Maker XP and i could keep going for a while because the list of games that MICROSOFT said that needed to be added to dep was really big but it was the only way to get said games to work on windows 7 and up i gived you the advice that most people that works on microsoft say it woldnt be a problem if the games companies released update patches to allow those games to work on newer os with better directX apis but the game companies wont do that,this is why we need to learn some stuff like that,gta san andreas was on the list of games that needed to be added to dep excemptions.

Bullsh*t. DEP doesn't take effect with SA in any Windows unless you broke your DEP settings by wrong solutions like this. If left untouched, it works just fine out of the box. Without any compatibility modes or anything.

... DEP was introduced in XP SP2, Authenticode signing even before that (perhaps even in 98 SE?), and the two are also completely unrelated?

Make sure your DEP settings are set to default and you have no broken cleos. You could also try grabbing a compact exe.
