Nope, I don't have a Win7 key because the f*cksticks here (in my city I mean) can't do sh*t. And, sadly, I'm not a big fan of Win10 either - Win7 runs like a dream for me. Even downgraded my PC's Windows from 10 to 7 after I bought it, lol.

Windows 10 is actually free from Microsoft's website. The key to activate it is not. This is how they sucker people in to be in their surveillance program. It's simpler to download it from a Linux or an Apple computer (this way the site will offer you the ISO file instead of the media tool thingy) and then activate it in a painless non-legal way.

Reminds me of the infamously hideous Andrew Dobson who tried to play Undertale on his 2008 Mac and then complained about PowerPC apps being no longer supported.

 

But if you don't want Windows and you want to game there is Linux Proton. Supposedly it is compatible with a lot of Steam games.

To get around that you could just use user agent switcher so the website recognises your PC as a Mac/Linux device, failing that there are mirrors out there for those Iso's.

I made an appointment earlier today to get my dog checked at the vet but then I cancelled it because I was paranoid about the vet possibly putting coronavirus on my dog and then me picking it up off my dog. Plus they would've had to take her in while I waited outside so I got paranoid about coronavirus going on the dog's lead.

I used bad wording, what I meant was the excessive telemetry. Windows 10 is kinda heavy on that. Fortunately you got 3rd party apps to tweak that. But yeah I didn't mean it like those loonies  saying "the FBI is watching you through your webcam" and things like that.

They'd offer something like a $50 tip in order to get their order picked up quickly and then would change the tip to like $5 and in some cases $0 before the driver realizes it and by time they do they;ve already dropped off the customers groceries, Some people are pure assholes to take advtange of people like that I bet some of those who did they rely on tips themselves and would piss themselves mad if they every got a $0 on a tip after spending 2 hours waiting on someone hand and foot.

InstaCart finally caught on and changed the policy a few days ago to prevent shoppers from being able to change the tip after it's already been submitted

We tip high because we really appreciate the service and the risk our instacart shoppers are taking.  Not kidding.  Plus...all of our shoppers have been super nice and super attentive.

Wait. Didn't W.H.O said that dogs can't transmit the virus? Sure they can "catch" it, but you can't get sick off the Virus from a dog.

 

On the subject of my sh*tty laptop: Someone mentioned my Task Manager not saying anything abnormal (Sivispacem?). Here's what/how it looks like when the svchost file thing catch a hiccup:

As you can see, the thing sky-rockets to astronomical figures, slowing my laptop down to ridiculous levels. I got lucky the Task Manager didn't break over it (half the time even poor ol' WTM fail and crash/freeze because of the dragging of the RAM) which allowed me to disable it before it became too late. F*ck this thing, whatever it causes it.

What’s the point of having a Watchlist if you’re going to restrict their customers who are paying for your services to 50 movies/shows.

 

How much sense does that make? Not much to me.

 

So my youngest wanted to watch Cinderella so I went to the watchlist but couldn’t find it so I went into the browser list to readd it but according to the app it was already in the watch list.

 

Whstever I removed it and re-added it then went back to the watch list that’s when I noticed another movie suddenly went missing which got me thinking....

 

So I went and added 5 different movies then went back to the watch list to find the last 5 movies are now missing.

 

That got me saying Thd f*ck Disney? I’m paying a monthly fee for your services but I’m not allowed to have all the movies I want in the list but nope.

 

Im just going to use PlayOn TV and download all the movies and shows the girls want, put them on a HDD then cancel Disney Plus

I've a really bad problem of taking too long to decide on things until it's too late. I saw a really nice bike a few weeks ago that I wanted but it was a bit out of my budget so I was thinking and thinking about it and then it sold out because everybody's buying bikes right now. Then a few days ago I saw they had one more in, just my size and the colour I liked, but it was still the same price. So I went back to considering it until it sold again today and now I'm disappointed again and wish I'd just bought it.

Just try to be patient, I know is hard when you want to buy something was near and is gone but wait the right moment, there is another bike waiting for you somewhere.

Ya I'll admit, most of the games showcased are lame. Horizon Zer-..... Horizon: Forbidden West tops the list for me obviously as I'm a HZD fantard (bested only by DooM Eternal), but aside from a few games such as Spider-Man and Project Athia and some more I can't recall, the rest is boring. If anything I was on my phone browsing FB...... that is until the OG HZD music kicked in.

At this rate GTAV will surpass Skyrim in "most milked game ever". At least you can mod Skyrim and even transform the game to something else if your machine can handle it, especially the Special Edition version with its 8GB RAM (can barely do sh*t in Oldrim). GTAV? Same ol' crap with SLIGHTLY updated graphics. I mean, was there any real improvements between the OG and "Enhanced" versions? No, I'm not talking about console capabilities & limitations - I know about that. I mean the actual game. Aside from increased traffic and different minimap/radar + First Person, has there been real updates to the core game? I haven't noticed sh*t. If anything, its the only PS4 game that lags. Not HZD with its insane graphics, not RDR:II with its gigantic size. Just this game. wtf

To think at the time I made my account GTA V was still a couple of months away from being released on the PS3 / Xbox 360 and the PS4 was a couple of months away from being released as well.  Now up to the PS5 & XBSX.

Have you considered asking them to order you one?

 

Most stores are willing to do that especially if it’s a privately owned store.

Story of my life. PS4 came out. Thing was cheap for a new console (only $800 here). Didn't buy it. Had to buy it for like $1.4K years later. Then you have DooM Eternal. Was considering Pre-Ordering the game digitally. "nah, will just wait until I buy a physical copy. What could happen?!" Well the Virus is what happened. Everything is locked and I can't buy the game for who knows how long. Its almost 3 months since release, every coolio kiddy is playing the game while I'm stuck daydreaming about how I would rock this game once I get it.

 

Moral of the rant: don't be me.

@Cameron Star If you ask them to make a special order for you they won’t sell it to anybody else unless you default on the agreement (I.e Don’t pay off the balance ect)

 

Most places requires you to either pay a mom-refundable deposit or pay in full before they’ll order having the deposit will reserve the bike for you for a certain amount of time and payment in full reserves if until you pick it up.
