You work in a train station?

Yep (as a cleaner). In the police office. Been there since 2012. Company who employed me lost the contract this year but my contract was transferred to the other company that took over. I hate it because with them I have to order supplies by text message, while with the previous company I just phoned and asked for stuff. Also the previous company used Henry Hoovers while this one uses sh*t hoovers with a tiny wire for the plug and crap suction.

 

As for the BTP staff they ain't that bad. But some don't flush the toilet after themselves. And one guy stands with hands on hips whilst pissing in the urinal (couldn't help but notice as the urinal is on the opposite wall to the door as you walk in).

Had my first "real" taste of growing up today. Sure, I had jobs, pay stuff and all that adult mess but my age finally caught up to me.

Twisted my ankle around 3 weeks ago. I never go to the doctor. I walk in and she's like "wow, surprised to see you here!" While I'm there she asks for a blood test cause I apparently don't have one in her files. Okay, sure, may as well take two birds down with one stone. "Oh," she says, "you can go for your ankle right now and they'll take a look at it (like check if the bone is cracked or something tore, I don't know what it's called in English) but for your blood test you'll have to come back tomorrow morning cause you ate." NO. SWEAT. I can wait an hour or two in the waiting room tomorrow, I got jacksh*t to do anyway. Then she hands me a cup. "Here's for your urine test" and she ushers me out.

That piss in a cup was reality setting in that life is both fragile and humiliating.

Not to scare you but you still have the colonoscopy to look forward to.  And at some point some doc is going to stick his finger up your butt.  That's a fun one.  They've come along way with reading blood test to minimize the finger up the butt.  Pray for more medical advances in that area...I do. 

 

for real though.  Aside from some of that health maintenance stuff...getting older isn't as bad as it seems.   It is nothing like my parents made it seem.  I'm pretty sure no one feels older as they age.

Ah man, I totally forgot about getting probed. Great. Gonna try and get tanned by that age so they won't see my embarrassment.

I mean, I rarely go to the doctor so I want to clear anything I can as quick as possible so I'll take a bit of blushing so I can rest easy. It's not bad but it does make you feel...weird. Like just sitting in an empty (SUPER empty) hallway waiting for my turn for my ankle was bizarre. Doctors probably get handed piss cups all the time but I don't give out my piss often lol.

If you're a man, there's an age you apparently reach where the doctor suddenly only cares about one part of your body and that's your anus. I've got a bit to go before I hit that golden checkpoint but I've had a finger or two up there for both medical and romantic reasons. You definitely cannot confuse the two.

You don't have to worry about any of it.  I have had it done as a precautionary for something else, plus the doctor has seen and felt inside many other men, before they get anwhere near you....

 

It's that common a procedure today, they even have testing simulators for around $1,100 apiece.

When i was sick with yet unknown thing, doctors used to pump blood, piss and poops out of me like i was a soda dispenser. And to make things even better, they shoved a camera tube in my stomache.

@Sanches Um...wow. That's a bit extreme on the doctor play aspect. Glad I only had to do the piss thing. Speaking of, blood test was quick (surprised as hospitals are notorious for taking ages, took me about 25-30 mins tops). My left arm feels a bit numb but glad it's out of the way.

Guys, can we avoid the Trump discussion and return to a more important and more interesting topic: what doctors do with your body fluids.
