I actually had a job interview with a consultancy firm that was over two days, with a mandatory three course meal and pub drinking following the first day. Everyone who failed to make the 7am breakfast was immediately cut, as was anyone who made a tit of themselves by over-indulging or was generally a twat in social situations.

 

It worked pretty well actually. I liked it as an approach.

 

This is actually perfect, as it gives you chance to explore every avenue of working life - punctuality, timekeeping and acting like a knob.

Round here Audi drivers have largely overtaken BMW drivers as the go-to whipping boys for sh*t driving, alongside anyone in a Nissan Qashqai or Juke, Vauxhall Insignias and anything that's an old person magnet.

Here the bad driver stereotype goes to company drivers. Any car with a phone number and a non car brand logo are a sign to stay far away. Third-gen VW Gols (aka. Gol Bola) is a very close second.

Oh, the Audis are all company cars, as as the Qashqai and Jukes and Insignias. They're always small (sub 2 litre) petrols or diesels got on cheap company car schemes to minimise Benefit-in-Kind tax, but universally specced with the biggest optional wheels and sports body kits so they can pretend they own a car with enough go to pull the skin off a rice pudding.

We got to get our insurance through a crown corporation(government) and they are losing $3mil / day, over $1 billion in debt. I wonder why?

The roads are chaos now. Look at any new car commercial, it shows an idiot not paying attention and their car stops for them. I saw this first hand crossing the street and this car slams on the brakes. Thing is the driver was looking around and she had no idea why her car stopped until she looked at me crossing the street.
