The part where we go to the dragon trapping area and then we have to use the call Ohdahviing shout. When I use it nothing happens and the objective marker is somewhere else on the map and says defeat and trap ohdahviing and there is no dragon at all.

Strange, TES:Wiki and UESP pages doesn't say anything about this strange bug. Weird, If you're on PC or NewGen you can skip the whole Quest by using Console Commands - that's what I did when Alduin's Bane bugged out once. Hell, that's what I do every time a Quest bugs out with no way to "manually" fix it - either because of Bethesda being Bethesda or because of a mod (looking' at you Holds, yes you).

 

With all that modding does your game even resemble Skyrim anymore?

Not even close. I've modded Skyrim to death. From Retextures (almost everything minus females is covered) to actual mods. Last time I counted I have like 150+ mods installed.

Doesn't matter. I like a mod, I download it regardless if its fantasy, Lore-Friendly or realistic. I do have Immersion mods like Frostfall and Hunterborn but still - most mods (HUD first come to mind) is "off-balance".

 

But this CTD is driving me nuts. So far it only happens in Falkreath. I'm suspecting Holds Banner mod - I have ETaC installed which alters Small Cities and Towns (hence the name), and Falkreath is also affected. All my currently installed mods are/were the same sh*t I use all the time on this character, the only new mods I'm testing has nothing to do with Falkreath except for Holds Banners (which adds banners that fly the Hold's flag you're in, it also notify you if you entered another Hold). Will disable that and retry again.

 

Hope it works, Falkreath is my character's first destination.

I haven't played GTA all of 2017 I believe. Maybe once or twice to drive to the helicopter for my son, but never a session of me doing stuff.

You and Darth aren't the only ones. Nowadays I only boot up CLEO'd GTA SA, and even then, it doesn't last long (2.5 hours at best, compared to 5+ hours every day).

 

I don't even play games as much as I used to. Every PS2 game I have is played to death, PS2 apparently hate Code Lyoko: Quest For Infinity because it refuses to run it (can't be the game's fault), no PS3 game interest me, PS4 itself is helluva expensive much less its games, only way to play PC games is by BUYING Cracked versions of said games, I stopped playing Classic DooM games for a while (which made me become sh*t in Scythe), and while I do launch Skyrim every so often I still take long breaks from it.

I did do a singleplayer playthrough of Gtav for 100+ time a while ago.

Fixed the CTD problems with Skyrim (yep, I knew it - Holds Banners mod was responsible for this sh*t) only for Hunterborn's Spells to malfunction.

It is GPU heavy on the PC...sorry. I fear that if you tuned it down the game would suffer since graphics and graphic fidelity kinda make the game (in this case).

Anywho. Audio Combiner/Joiner sites will drive me nuts. the one site I always use refuses to show the Interface, the other takes FOR-FCKING-EVER to merge the sh*t I want. C'mon, the sh*t's only 897 KB. 897 * 18 times = 7 MB. Dat ain't big! Just yesterday I downloaded a 200+ MB file. f*ck off site!
