Morally speaking one has more legs to stand on than the other. That's not to say all leftists are angels or anyone who falls in the right wing is awful, but whataboutism solves nothing and stifles discourse. One group, as of now, is genuinely worse than the other.

That and I personally believe anyone who voted for Trump might not be racist, sexist, ignorant and a complete moron but they have no problem with their president being racist, sexist, ignorant and a complete and utter moron and there is really no justification for having made that choice. Hillary is in no way, shape or form as bad as Trump. Hillary might have been shady and crooked to some degree but she was competent. She represented the status quo; another Obama term more or less. She wasn't the best case scenario but she was the lesser of two evils. Trump is completely and utterly inept, he has proven himself a diplomatic disaster with hawkish sensibilities not dissimilar to Hillary. You're ultimately getting the bad from a Hillary presidency [possibly compounded because say what you will she can maneuver a tough situation better than he ever could] without any of the stability or the possible good.

 

Bernie should have got it or whatever; but in the end America picked the greater evil.

 

The large amount of lefts that are the first to turn on their own.

 

E.g Women attacking women for not being feminists is mostly something I've seen from the left and have personally been bitched at and called names by men AND women (who label themselves as lefties) for not being a 'feminist'.

 

The lefts who turn on members of their own race if they don't share the exact same views is something I've also seen a huge amount of lefts do. Yeah rights do it but so do lefts and it's the lefts who religiously claim they are excepting and open minded.

 

For a group who claims they are open minded, they sure don't try to prove it.

 

I won't even talk about the joke that is Antifa.

 

I'm being vague because that's what it is. It's a mess of good people and bad people who are mushed into both left and right. It's grey.

 

(Before anyone says I'm attacking the left, realise that I'm explaining WHY I think the right and left are on exactly the same level when talking about tactics and attitudes and f*cking hypocrisy).

 

Trump is a mess and frankly so were the other candidates. It's just him that they got stuck with.

Honestly this sounds like a lot of anecdote that I cannot really argue with; namely because of polar opposite experiences on my end. I believe the rotten apples on one side are simply less significant than another.

 

But I still maintain that Trump was the worst case scenario and a reflection of an what was thought to be an awful, near gone minority becoming a majority.

I will never understand the reasoning behind people who try and sell things are that worse way less then what they're asking for.

 

This guy is asking $850 for a car that needs a new tranny which will cost around $1,000 if not more so he expects someone to invest at least $1,850 in a car that is worth maybe $200.
