A company you do consulting work for has owed you a very large sum of money for a very long time. After they complete a financing, and are pressed, they pay one-third with the promise to pay the remainder after a second tranche of financing is completed, supposedly by the end of May, six days from now.

 

You are the only one with passwords to web hosting and web editing, which the new CEO has requested, requests being ignored.

 

What would you do when June first rolls around next week?

I have contacted a collections company that has lawyers as a last effort. They would take 25%. That's a lot. I managed to get the first third on my own. Pisses me off. The financing could have covered my entire bill. Wish I could see their bank account.

Also - just found an MCM/TES5Edit plugin-mod combo that lets you edit the house mods you're using in-game then "create a new mod" using said tool. No more thinking twice about game restarts because of that goofy Dragon-Cliff Manor bugfest! Its Happening indeed.

Whenever it gets hot my entire being goes to sh*t. Right now, I'm overly toasty and it's bloody uncomfortable. We Brits aren't built for this.

to lose 25% might be better than losing 100%, plus they usually will have the attorney fees added into the suit, but then i dont know how the system is in Canada

I'd live off groceries store for the first couple years, then I head over the Twinkie factory for another 2 then look for an MRI factory for another 10 years then probably die of hunger but I wouldn't kill myself.

I think I'd just walk. Try and pick up things (necessities, plants I can eat - plants that you can use to drink etc) whilst I was walking. I'd die pretty quickly so might aswell have at look at things before I do die.

 

Try and document things, write stuff down just in case of any future life.

 

Mostly just walk though.
