I gave up with Nintendo after the N64 in truth. They keep flogging the same 'retro' style that we all know and love, no, not really. They need to get with the times, they also need to stop all this motion activated bollocks. It's amazing for about 30 minutes then it's just a total pain. They need to stick to the handheld market since that's where they excel, however the prices need to severely drop or else they need to enter the mobile phone market as it's getting to the point the under 10's now have android phones that they can play games on (gone are the days where everyone had a Gameboy in their pocket in school).

 

They also need to seriously overhaul their console division, Sony and Microsoft have literally been walking all over them for years now. If something doesn't change I doubt they'll still be doing anything in the next 10 years. The previous decade has been rocky enough for them.

This comparassion might get people *TRIGGERED*, but basically, Nintendo is becoming the Japanese Apple, just living off of Brand recognition instead of actual products, all they need to do is put "Mario" or "Zelda" on the title and Boom, a million units sold.

I haven't bought any Nintendo products for ages. I think the last Nintendo product I got was the Nintendo DSI XL and personally I think the last great product they made was the Nintendo Gamecube. I have to admit that I was kinda shocked when seeing the video of the Nintendo Switch having those malfunctions and bugs, I am happy that I didn't waste my money buying that console.

I haven't bought any Nintendo products for ages. I think the last Nintendo product I got was the Nintendo DSI XL and personally I think the last great product they made was the Nintendo Gamecube. The last Nintendo game I have ever bought was New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It was a very fun game when playing with friends or your siblings, not just because it's a multiplayer, but also because it was hilarious.

 

My brothers and I would try to pass levels as clean as possible, but we have always unintentionally screwed each other with random shell throws, jumping over each other as one of us is trying to jump over a ditch and falling to his death, all that sh*t. We would constantly laugh our asses off about how ridiculous our fails were, I was killed the most as I had over 70 retries after my lives ran out.

 

Anyhow, I didn't care about a Nintendo title since then, such a shame that what could've lured me back was just rubbish.

Get it together, Nintendo. I've lost all trust in them a while ago and whatever hopes I had for them were definitely crushed with this piece of sh*t. It was a disaster from the beginning. Anything-but-Nintendo-master race!

 

Nintendo should've learned from Sega. Saturn and Dreamcast failed, so they stuck to just making games.

I remember when the base Xbox one and PS4 got released people were complaining about how theirs didn't work and having paid for five pound paper weights. Honestly this is were warranty comes in. Not to be a dick, if you can't affoard even a years worth of warranty you really shouldn't be buying any type electroic, especially day one console releases.

True, the trouble seems to be here is that they're not all exhibiting the same issue. Screen scratching from the dock, the screen flickering and not working correctly. The handles going in the wrong way and being impossible to correct. The screen randomly getting immovable smudges etc. Games crashing out half way through. The console making an annoying buzzing noise.

 

It's a vast array of different issues they need to address as opposed to a single problem basically.
