Sports Authority is going out of business.

Sports Authority is launching clearance sales at all of its 460 stores nationwide before shutting them down permanently.

The event, starting Thursday, will offer deep discounts on everything in the stores, including shoes, clothing, athletic gear, and accessories.

Brands going on sale include Under Armour, Nike, North Face, Wilson, Adidas, Spalding, ASICS, Head, Coleman, Everlast, and Brooks, the company said.

The stores will even be selling furniture, fixtures, and other equipment.

 

Too bad most of their shoes are crap, but might be a good thing to go check out the other stuff.

I get where you're coming from but I'm doing what I think is best for me.

 

There's too many unaffordable things that have been on my mind since 2013 and its hindering my ability to focus in college. My parents have forced me to go to college as well, So I could get even better job and make even more capitalist pigs more money.

 

It's either I do this, or I get kicked and live out on the streets until I eventually turn try to turn to a life of crime and end up in jail or worse.

Got a drugs/alcohol test tomorrow at 12:30pm, got to give my urine sample in. I will have to wake up, eat and go straight to the center and hopefully I don't have to wait in a queue and desperately hold my piss in, I don't want to fill more than I can manage and embarass myself. Oh and not to mention the stink lol. Will also take a breathalyzer test which is piss easy. Amazon seems to go through this hassle IMO for no goddamn reason, I mean they shouldn't worry about stoned employees going into work when it's not going to happen, and if it did they could always warn them or if given a chance already sack them. But guess they have the cash to burn.

Today I had a blast at work, it didn't even feel like I was working. In the morning we organized this huge party called "Bimbi in Ufficio" ("Kids in Office") where children of Unipol Bank's employees came along with their parents to have some fun with games they could partake in. The actual party started at around 3:00 PM and lasted until 7:00 PM in this very futuristic park beside Unipol Bank's headquarter in Bologna. My job was to wear this Mickey Mouse costume to entertain the kids, take pictures with them and say "Hi!" with my hands as they approached. Plus, the girl who played Minnie Mouse was very beautiful and open-minded, and since I spent most of the day with her, we talked and had a lot of fun together. Besides Mickey and Minnie Mouse, there were other Disney characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Elsa, and Cinderella, plus a random clown.

 

I really hope I'll be doing more of these events in the future.

I panicked and thought it this was referring to the Steve Rogers of the MCU universe movies, rather than the comic books. Good thing I don't read any of them and I pity the guy who actually came up with this plot due to the low level intelligence and unimaginative thoughts he uses towards the writing.

Only famous person I've ever met was Bobby Charlton (former England and Manchester United footballer). I was a kid at the time, and never even knew who he was before my mother explained who he was to me.

 

Also met Gordon Brown, but that doesn't count, as that dickhead made himself much more available to meet to push his bollocks.
