I feel like, while everyone else is trying to lose weight, I'm obsessed with gaining weight. Currently I'm 155 lbs and my goal is 160, my ultimate goal is 180.

i have no flesh i am skeleton man so unfortunately i cannot cosume foodstuffs and gain the adipose or muslce tissue.

Nope^^

 

German and Canadian coffee taste absolutely wonderful, but American coffee just tastes like watered-down engine oil.

do you drink it black? Coffee for me taste the same just like beer I can't tell difference's (in brand's obviously) :lol: .i do like coffee creamer, the flavored one's like almond Joy or white chocolate raspberry,I know too sugary but it taste so good lol

I think I'm going to stay away from the scales and stick to photo evidence.

The scales are making me paranoid.

 

Photo evidence seems to be better considering the whole losing fat weight but gaining muscle weight issue. Scales are just throwing me off.

What program are you running for weight loss?

 

It's a six days a week routine.

It's mostly cardio, some weight training and then yoga/pilates. Quite a bit is old ballet workouts I used to do when I was in classes. Coupled with diet changes of course.

 

I mean, I can see that it's working on my body, it's just the numbers are erratic :/

 

E - I also do about 30mins on a bike each day and go walking with my dog. I'm trying to do as much as I can whilst being healthy about it. I don't want to get obsessive.

 

 

 

 

I've lost 104 lbs / 47 kg in the last year and half but more importantly, I've lost 10 inches around my waist.

 

That's amazing.

 

Seriously, that's the commitment and willpower I wish I had.

^I'd up the weight training and lift heavy if I were you, you can lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, but only during your noob gains phase, so take advantage of it.

whats your diet. when i cut out a lot of sweets and went from eating redmeat 7 days a week to 2 or 3, with the rest of the days being fish. i dropped 60lbs with no exercise

Always black when it's homemade, but a latte during the evening if I'm in college or out in town from starbucks or whatever cafe there is.

 

Anyhow, they all taste and smell different. Maxwell House is bland and doesn't have any unique aroma to it, Folger's is toastier and a bit richer in taste, Tim Horton's has a fantastic balance, and Melitta's Premium Coffee is just the way I like it.

 

Maybe it's just because I'm reaaaally picky with my coffee and tea, so it doesn't matter to most people.

I am trying to quit meat though and luckily I've gone off sweets naturally because of my teeth hurting all the time.

 

Hopefully cutting out meat will help a lot.

it will, but a lot of stuff you also need to cut out is sauces.

Well when one's underweight it's generally beneficial to get to a healthy weight, just like losing weight if one's overweight.

I'll preface by saying that I'm only talking about my personal experience and that there's great variation between individuals, but if you want to drop weight with minimal effort, just count the calories. Personally I didn't cut out sweets until about a half a year in(regretfully), and I ate disastrous amounts of meat(every meal, every day) because I was getting cheap meat from the meat plant where I worked. There's a lot of intricacies to diet of course, but the simplest rule is just calorie counting. It's the first thing which worked consistently for me, and I recommended Myfitnesspal to my sister who is now also dropping weight consistently for the first time.

 

What was important for me personally was maintaining my muscle mass. I've always been active to an equal and sometimes greater extent than my peers, but I've always been a big guy too(and obese). I knew that I had a good basis underneath the blubber and so I'm still trying to keep up a size XL shirt. My next goal is to get better definition. I am at last comfortable with my body, but the weight loss has left my chest in particular quite flabby. There's not much to do about tightening up the skin(and fading the stretch marks :( ) but if I create a good foundation, hopefully it'll look nice once the skin tightens up a bit haha

Got my aura imagining done, its weird how I have alot of greans, aquamarine centre, blue left, light violet right, green\yellow throat, turquoise heart.

 

I wish I could call this all crap but it tells me stuff I knew, I didn't expect the results but it sounds very true.

 

Maybe I should get more into this spiritual stuff.

It always feels kinda nice unsubscribing from channels I haven't followed in a long time. I'm pretty lazy about it so when I finally do, it's a mass unsubscribe. Often times I wonder why I even subscribed to the channel in the first place.

I've been unsubbing from a lot of channels lately because they've abandoned doing the content I've subbed for and are targeting a broader audience of subscribers.

 

Heck, I'm starting to get bored with my current list of subscriptions, half of them upload way too infrequently and the other half changed their humor.

Shell poked my finger. Was trying not to burst the yolk. I'm also crap at cracking eggs. Managed to actually have two non-burst fried eggs and bacon butty yesterday for my tea. Normally I have one perfect and one burst yolk.

 

Also fried my finger while sticking the bacon in the pan.
