Omfg it's by far the most stressful of all the courses I'm taking right now and probably the most stressful in this entire BBA program after Business Calculus. That's actually a great idea, as you can loose fat while gaining muscle for an overall healthier lifestyle and better look, but the scale might not move much. Muscle is much denser and heaver than fat.

It's good to monitor weight, but I wouldn't have it as the primary. I've lost 104 lbs / 47 kg in the last year and half but more importantly, I've lost 10 inches around my waist. My way of monitoring was just lavish shopping sprees

 

shopping is fun, is what im getting at here
