Liked for the dog love and not the tradgy.

Also wanted to let you know (Crossed) that I always thought you were some sort of attention troll. It was a happy day when I realized you are true. A true freak. Stay true.

After a visit to the vet with my cat, she's on the mend. She fractured her front leg, poor thing but the good is she's now eating and drinking. 😊

Pet tragedy day I guess, my oldest dog, Sagan, ate some stuff that blocked his intestines. We thought we were going to have to put him down, he was puking so much blood... i'll never forget that smell, but this morning he's looking a bit better. Ate a few bits and hasn't thrown up yet,

Dogs were much better off without us humans tbh. Not without you, humans, but humans.

I hope your dog makes a full recovery, since he made it through the night hopefully he's past the worst of it. I know mine is getting on in years, turned fourteen recently, thankfully she's still going strong.

so dylan rieder, professional skateboarder, model and all around rad dude passed away yesterday from complications relating to leukaemia. never been this down over someone ive never met dying. only 28 too. awful news.

im trying to think of a way i can explain it to people outside of skateboarding to understand it and the only thing i can think of would be maybe similar to when bowie died but he was much more than that. death is never positive although the outpour of support, inspirational messages and tributes coming in from around the world, whether it be from his friends, or those he has influenced despite having never met them is amazing and shows solid genuine character. it's upsetting to know you're never gonna see another video part of him or some modelling shoot that nobody else could pull off without slander but he could however the reach of his influence in skateboarding is undeniable and is forever cemented into the history of our niche little hobby through his video parts, his general demeanour and the multitude of us he has had a profound effect on.

there's no reasoning for this post other than the fact im feeling somewhat down.

when the rumours of it started circulating/were confirmed (about 10PM gmt lastnight) SLAP skateboarding forums crashed with too many users: Most Online Ever: 1822 (October 12, 2016, 01:54:20PM). rip dylan.

I don't know much about the skateboarding scene, or Dylan, but f*ck disease, cancer, and anything else that kills. He was way too young. Nobody should have to go though that.

28...way too young. Seemed like a good guy.

Unrelated ramble:

I've never been able to fully describe Halloween in my neighborhood. It has more of a festival feel. People drive their kids in from other neighborhoods and all that. Heck, they even mention my neighborhood by name on the news and all that. Our candy investment is a couple hundred of dollars and even then we have to run into the house and go dark before it totally ends.

It's fun to say the least.

My ramble is because this year I might be able to capture it. Since my wife recently became an active IG (pugs only) she has become a bit more comfortable with sharing (including her image).

It looks like we are going to create a time lapse video of Halloween this year.

I live just under 800 meters from a somewhat reasonable sized shopping center, all shopping centers have a kebab store (right?) and they've started selling Halal Snack Packs.

What a time to be alive.

Pauline Hanson is losing her mind.

Just learned Rome dropped out of the 2024 olympic bid, it's probably for the best though.

I think I haven't lost electricity in a few years, the last time was during a heavy storm in the Netherlands where a few parts of the country didn't had any electricity anymore. It's odd to think about it, how dependent we are on electricity and the internet.

Nope, rather when someone is pretty much chocking you and both you and him are not relizing your brain is without oxygen and you start to go limp while being so lightheaded you would swear you are floating on air.

I kinda dropped on the floor but i didn't even feel it....

Though yea, looking back and relizing what happened, i rather not have that happen again, i like to live for an other century if possible...or longer.

where i live is a lot of new construction, most of the homes were built with in the last 15 years. so all the electrical is new. so most of our power lines run underground. i haven't had my power out in a long time. Don't get me wrong, it still happens just not as frequent it would have to be a major storm or snow storm to do it.

You have to be careful ordering kebabs. I wasn't and I had an encounter with this behemoth over the summer.

It was so big it wouldn't fit in any of their containers. I was just as confused as you when the delivery man pulled out a pizza box. It was at that moment the gravity of the situation unfurled in front of me like a naan bread mattress.

You're joking. I couldn't look at another kebab for weeks. It sat leering at me the morning after. In the end I didn't know whether to throw it in the bin or buy it a coffin. I felt like Homer with that giant sandwich.

Forged in darkness from wheat harvested in hell's half-acre, baked by Beelzebub, slathered with mayonnaise from the evil eggs of a powerful dark chicken, beaten into sauce by the hands of a one-eyed madman, cheese boiled from the rancid teat of a three-headed fanged cow, layered with six hundred and sixty-six separate meats from an animal which has maggots for blood.

And sundried tomatoes.
