So, does anybody know what the selling price is of a vehicle when you bought it at a discount and then sell it after the discount is over?

 

When you buy a car and leave it stock, you'll get 60% of the price when selling it. (additional upgrades are only 40%)

 

So in theory, If you buy a stock T20 this week at 50% ($1,100,000), would you be able to sell it next week at 60% (1,320,000)?

 

I don't know much about coding and stuff like that, so I'm not sure if the game remembers the actual purchase price...

 

So, would it be worth it to invest a couple of millions on some T20's this week or not?

Nope. They know what you paid for things, so when you try to sell it, you get the sell-prices based on your purchase-prices.

Also, if you buy car mods at full price and those items go on sale and you try selling while they're on sale their value is lowered to the sale prices.

 

Other sellable items, like property, if bought at full price, are not reduced to sale-price values when you go to sell them.

Doesn't work that way lol. Rockstar can code the difference and make sure THIS doesn't happen, but won't fix the vip/armor bug...priorities priorities!

The discounted cars behave as a semi duped car permanently. You aren't getting a good deal, you are getting a cheap car that will always be a cheap car.

So if you have lots of stashed t20s yes there is proffit im selling and buying right now :)

^^ if you sell the one you have now (bought b4 the event) and buy one with this promotion you can still make some cash

but if you thinking of buying 50 t20's so you can sell them next week to make profit your going to be disappoited

Not sure if they will sell for full price after so im only doing a garage full

time will tell i suppose $2200000 (if ive worked this out right) made in ten mins but i might lose out in the future

Sell 10 now, get 13.2mil. You have 13.2mil. Buy 10=11mil. You have 2.2mil+Sell 10 next week at 6.6mil, you have 8.8mill. You just lost 4.4mil and failed math

It's an obvious, desperate attempt to sell shark cards, which must be moving more slowly now than they were 4 months ago. Moreover, I've seen multiple people report problems with important features like Pegasus etc, because of this "update". Total joke.

I bought every heist vehicle at full price, because I like flying stuff. I got it earlier than most because of that, so I got my dues.

 

I'm glad for everyone who got them on offer - to not be would be kind of selfish in my opinion.

I bought a T20 on sale. I can't remember the discount. It now sells for 1.4mil with all upgrades.
