You and FearX are trying to split hairs. What the person does after they have broken the rule has no bearing on the original violation. Thats like saying to the Court, "It doesnt matter because you were nice to the store clerk when you stole from the store."

 

The point is the gaming community has decided in its wisdom that CHILDREN are not experienced enough at life to know the potential harm that could happen if they did the things in the game in real life. Not that EVERY child is going to be a problem, but it has already happened where kids point to this game as motivation for their criminal activity.

 

Additionally, children do not typically earn an income. So even if it weren't a crime for them to purchase the game, the manufacturer is legally prevented from pandering to them. So to claim the game is intended for kids is patently false and wishful thinking at best.

 

The problem is the vendor isnt responsible for policing the product to ensure it is used as intended. As long as a certain minimal effort can be demonstrated there isnt much more consumers can expect.

 

Should children playing cause them to lose money, watch how quickly they have a solution in place.

 

That said, do I personally get bugged by most kids on the game? Not so much. But thats because I can always mute them, go to a new session, invite/friends only or a solo game. If that weren't the case I would just stop playing.

For me #1 would be people using homing launchers during survivals. Used to be one of my favorite parts when everyone would try to shoot down the helis at the end of the wave. Now, there is usually some dork launching multiple expensive ass rockets since they can't hit anything without locking on. Takes no skill, and is no challenge.

 

#2 (for me) would be people using kurumas for missions. Very similar to #1; takes no skill, takes the fun/challenge out of the missions. And it looms stupid. #3 would be yachts. Not so much the yachts themselves as everyone obsessing over them and talking about them nonstop. Once people buy them the novelty wears off after like 3 minutes. I can count on two hands how many times i used mine, and it is usually just to show friends how pointless they are.

I have no idea why they decided it would be a good idea to have cars intentionally pull out or turn in front of you to make you crash. It adds nothing but annoyance. Around town I have far less crashes if I drive on the wrong side of the road. Crazy but true.

All of a sudden your score had jumped up by 2 and was at 12, the furthest back that you was at 12, was at 9PM exactly, too far back to be an accidental post at the same time

 

You also put icantthink at 20 then voted him down, he was at 21/22 for about 3 posts before yours, the furthest vote that could mean an accidental post at the same time was at 9PM, unless you took 15 minutes to type about 8 characters, then that was cheating.

 

Not to mention how immature you was after being voted out, you're probably one of the most immature people on here, you seem to think that anyone who criticizes the game hates it.

So much for 'multiplayer', but I understand the point - I mostly play in closed friend sessions on PC simply because public is too much of a mess.

 

And have you ever driven at 100mph in real life when someone else in front of you is doing 20? You cover that much distance that quickly, that even if you thought about it realistically, you'd have already checked your mirror(s) and deemed it safe to carry out the manoeuvre, because you can't really know how fast the person behind is going.

 

But yeah, that annoys me, but more than that are the oncoming traffic that turn towards you just for encroaching on their lane or the AI who just slam on their horn instead of their brakes!

Everyone makes mistakes man. All it takes is to open the site and then suddenly a buddy sends a link you have to check out and then you return to finish the vote. It is very harsh to call it cheating. Also its not like those things arent fixed right after.

 

And by definition mature means: "having or showing the mental and emotional qualities of an adult" That is set to 18 in many countries because of the normal kid is finished evolving then. So "kids are to immature to play a game for adults" is not exactly far out.

 

Parents is responsible for their kids until they come of age. By law.
