GTA Online PC servers down?

Anyone else unable to log into GTA Online (PC)? Been trying for last 30 mins with no luck (9 p.m. EDT) . . . .

I have friends playing as I type, but I haven't been able to login at all. In guessing the SC servers are regional in some ways.

Servers are extremely wonky right now on the PS4.

 

Cloud data not saving, crews disappearing, etc.

 

Edit. I'm on right now, but it was giving me and a few friends trouble.

I'm back online on PS4 now, but my Dukes has disappeared again. This time, when I go to the blue circle to check garage inventory, in the space where the Dukes was, it says (downloadable content missing). Anybody have this with the Dukes and/or Stallion?
