Indeed. We can see that way too much 'fun' was had, by way too many people in the GTA0 community, as a result of this glitch.

 

It's now number one on the devs' punch list of game-breaking exploits. The entire team has been reassigned to track down and eliminate this rare occurrence. They've all been pulled from the huge new next-gen map expansion they were working on. There's no hurry on that.
