WE ARE JUST A CREW IN THIS RP, WE DO NOT HOST, BUT WE ARE ONE OF THE MAIN CREW AND WE ARE ONE OF THE ADMINS,

Add these Members or message us now:

MnG Retro JLT

MnG XxBiRmZxX

MnG Dundee

We are based of three members (RED) (WHITE) (BLUE) you decided which crew you want to join out of us but we are all the same organization, we are your local hood gangsters but we are trying to brunch out to the hills to live nice life style so the RED Crew: Are the top people so you will either be body guards or helping out with decision and maybe required to some dirty work but not always, this is more lay'd back role, Finance Directors (WHITE) You will basically be thief, robbery, hit man, YOU ARE THE MUSCLE We get down and dirty. (BLUE) Technically Team, Drug dealers, Mathematics, Calm and collected, spots men, weapon dealers, Stock.

These are basic, much more things to do.

Role-play Basics

Metagaming - Using out of character information as an advantage in character. For example, looking on the map to find a player and driving to their location.

Powergaming - Doing something that you cannot do in real life. For example, crashing a vehicle badly without becoming injured or unable to drive the vehicle.

Non-rp fear- Failing to display fear during a roleplay event. For example, running away when being robbed or fighting when heavily out numbered.

Revenge killing - Returning immediately to kill a player non-rply who has recently killed you rply.

Non-rp - Avoiding roleplay. For example, repeatedly going out of character during roleplay.

Lying OOCly - Lying out of character. For example, a Police officer is searching the trunk of your vehicle and asks you out of character what is inside. There is an AK in there but you tell him/her there is nothing there.

Community Basics

1) Your radar MUST be OFF (Start>Settings>Display>Radar) however you may use the pause map to give directions, or to identify where you are. You are NOT able to track, trace or locate other players by using the map. It is very difficult during a chase to find somebody if you have lost sight of them, if you leave your radar on; you will be caught. It is very obvious when players leave their map on.

2) All player must go into their online options and change their Overhead display to "none" and change your spectator mode to "on".

3) All Sessions will be in FREE AIM.

5) Don't take events that happen in role-play seriously and let it effect friendships out of RP. Do not bring your role-play unrelated problems into sessions, you will be removed if it causes disturbance for others.

6) If you do not have evidence that another player has broken the rules, we will not be able to administrate the accusation. Record anything you feel is deemed as breaking the rules and send it to an admin. If you know there is going to be a big event with risk of rules being broken go to the snap in app and start recording by using Game DVR in preparation. If something goes wrong and you forgot to record, we will not be able to do anything.

7) If an admin sends you a text in-game saying "RECORD" you must go to the snap in app immediately and hit record. The text must still be on screen. One of the reasons we do this is to check whether a player has their radar switched on.

9) If you commit a crime in a public, populated area during daylight hours you must text a cop out of role-play titled "ANON:" followed by a short description of the crime such as "Gang shootout, Strawberry Ave" or "Grand theft auto Vinewood Boulevard" We do this to simulate what a out of character witness may have reported having seen the incident. If you killed a player and not disposed of the body you must inform a police officer in the same format as above. The police officer may contact you out of character to check what kind of weapon was used, whether you were wearing gloves, are there any bullet casings, tyre tracks etc. (This rule is important however we do understand that there may not always be police in-session)

10) If you are caught breaking or abusing the rules it will be the decision of an admin or moderator to decide your punishment. Be it a community ban, both permanent or temporary depending on the offence, or a strike where-by your crew stock and/or currency will be reduced or reset. How much your stock and/or currency is reduced will depend on both the offence and how much you already have.

Currency

Currency in GTAORP works as “he say, she say bases”. Appoint someone in your crew to keep note and handle your crews cash. It will be their responsibility as to keep record of the crews finances and where moneys comes from and where it goes to.

(All transactions must be noted down and sent to Evansiz at the end of every session if you fail to do this, you will not be reminded and your crew cash & stock will revert to what was last known by the staff team at the start of the next session.) For example:

Start: $5,000
Member death -$1,000
Bought Micro SMG from player -$3,000
Business profits +$1,000
End: $2,000

Upon joining GTAORP Every crew will start off with $1,500 and one available business if they choose to have one. Try to think of a back story on how you got this money and don't forget to think of a way of earning more, as $1,500, will go fast. But you can make money even faster with a good source. If you are role-playing as an individual you will start off with $1,000. Both crews and civilians will start with no weapons (Except melee) or narcotics.

The money cap is set to $100,000 for both individuals and crews.

Crew Storage

All GTAORP money, firearm and narcotic stock that your crew earns will be stored in your HQ, If a crew successfully attacks your HQ they can have a member take 20% of your crew money for their own crew, It will be left on that player until they safely return to their own HQ and place it in there own crew storage. If the player dies, it can be picked up by anybody.

When going to a firearm, narcotic deal or buying anything from other players in GTAORP the money you have to spend on it will be taken out of your storage and held on your personal inventory until the meet. If that player is then mugged or kidnapped they shall have to say the exact amount of money on them. If they are killed the money will be left on the body for anyone to pickup.

Civilian Storage

Civilians can store the money they own in their property if they own one, however they must have 10% of the money they own on them at all times as that is realistic in a sense that you would usually always have a small amount on you. In RP terms this allows there to have value in mugging people.

Weapons

Each crew can sell different types of weapons or drugs depending on the type of crew. Create a FAKE/RP crew to act as a supplier and a place to pick up the guns or drugs you are receiving(This place must be outside your turf). You will have to buy these guns/drugs from your FAKE/RP supplier. After you collect these guns you'll have to store them in one of your businesses or crew storage (At/Near your HQ) For example, a Russian organisation smuggling firearms into the docks.

All crews and civilians can buy LEGAL firearms from Ammunation providing they have a license. These are ONLY the Starter Pistol, Combat Pistol and Shotgun; however if used or sold illegally, they are traceable by Police and you must inform other players if you attempt to sell it or use it to kill somebody.

You may purchase a firearm license from a Police officer during a role-play session. There are two kinds of licenses that you can buy, a Pistol license for $1,500 or a Shotgun license for $3,000. Both the player and the Police officer must inform the same admin when this happens. By having a firearm license this will mean if a Police officer searches you, they cannot confiscate a firearm if there is a license held for it unless this firearm was used to commit a crime or if you are found on a crime scene. If you have a criminal record and have had running's with the Police before it is unlikely that will be granted a firearms license. If you commit a crime and are arrested, you will loose your license.

All crews and civilians may buy a melee weapon for $250 at a 24/7 store. You MUST go to a store to buy your melee weapons and cannot pretend you have done so. You will receive a strike of $1,000 for failing to do this. However, the knuckle dusters are banned and Police batons are forbidden except for Police officers. Please be realistic, axe murders cause more Police attention than a beating with a baseball bat.

What can you sell?

What you can buy from your supplier and sell to other players depends on what type of crew you are.

Weapons:
Street Gangs: Starter Pistol, Tec9, and Sawn-off Shotgun
Motorcycle Clubs: Combat Pistol, Micro SMG and Double Barrel Shotgun
Organised crime families: Vintage Pistol, SMG and Pump shotgun

(If the type of crew you are is not here, speak to an admin to determine what you can buy/sell.)

All firearms MUST be stock (NO ATTACHMENTS) apart from suppressors on pistols and a Flash-lights on any firearm.

Prices
(Prices can vary on the relationship you have with the customer but only a $1000 either way.)

(Buy) is the price you buy guns from the FAKE/RP supplier and

(Sell) is the price you sell guns to other crews.

Micro SMG's Buy: $1,000. Sell, $2,000.
Tec9 $2,000. Sell $3,000
SMG's: Buy: $2,000. Sell: $4,000.
Sawn-off Shotgun's: Buy: $1,000. Sell: $2,000.
Double Barrel Shotgun's: $1,250. Sell: $2,250.
Pump Shotgun's: Buy: $1,500. Sell: $2,500.
Illegal Pistols(all pistols except Pistol. 50) Buy: $500. Sell: $1,000
Bullet proof vests- $500 each

Assault rifle rights

Assault rifle rights (AK47 only) are given to a crew chosen by the staffing team. The crew chosen will need to display a strong role-play ability, an excellent understanding of the rules, that they obey the rules and good activity. It will go in your favour if your crew are seen to encourage more melee combat, a clean criminal record or not known by law enforcement therefore practical at keeping their business clean and or quiet. As hard as it is to earn these rights, it's VERY easy to loose them as crews often slip after they feel they've earned their rights. We will not inform the community who has the rights, you must find out in-game!

AK's: Buy: $3,000. Sell: $6,000.

Explosives (Cars only, all others are banned) - You will need to notify an Admin when you buy and intend to use it.

Ignition- $7500 each
Remote- $10,000 each

Narcotics

Drug work the same as weapons in the respect of the FAKE/RP suppliers. The difference is that ONLY street gangs and MC's can "Distribute".

Distribution (For Crews ONLY)

The way "Distributing" works is after a crew picks up a key of their desired narcotic they are buying, they take the key or keys back to their turf, leave it in their turf and after FIVE in-game days, will make a profit. You can only distribute one key at a time. Check what the day and time is upon distributing your product and it will turn to profit five days from there. How much profit you will make from each drug and the general prices for the drugs are listed below.

(Buy) is the price you buy from FAKE/RP suppliers.

(Sell) is the price you sell the drug to other players.

(Distribute) is the amount of profit you can make from distributing the drugs.

Street Gangs can sell: Heroin.
Motorcycle Clubs can sell: Meth.
Crime Families, White collar crime: Cocaine.
All gangs and civilians can sell: Marijuana.
Civilians in the medical trade can sell Pharmaceuticals.

Crews are not aloud to distribute the drug they buy from their fake role-play supplier and must sell it to other players/crews and distribute another drug. For example, Street gangs cannot distribute Heroin and MC's cannot distribute Meth.

Prices
(Prices can vary on the relationship you have with the customer but only a $1000 either way.)

Heroin: Buy: $1,500. Sell: $3,000. Distribute: $4,000
Meth: Buy: $2,000. Sell: $4,000. Distribute: $5,00
Cocaine: Buy: $3,000. Sell: $6,000. Distribute: $8,000
Marijuana: Buy: $250. Sell: $500. Distribute: $1,000
Pharmaceuticals: Buy:$375. Sell:$750. Distribute:$1,500

Crew Stock and Storage

Guns and drugs you are planning on selling to other crews are kept in your Storage. You may have a set the location of this storage facility anywhere on the map. This can be any amount of guns; but if you fire one of these weapons it becomes unsalable and you must then choose to store it in your crew stock or lose it when the session comes to an end.

Your Crew Stock is used to store the crews usable firepower. In there, you may store two large weapons such as AK's, Pump Shotguns, SMG,and Assault SMG.

Two medium sized guns such as Micro SMG's, Tec9's and Sawn-Off shotguns.

You may store an unlimited number of pistols.

You can locate your Crew Stock at one of three places, your Crew HQ, your Crew Storage (Along with your sell-able firepower) and your business (If the crew has one.)

Gun Sizes

Large weapons like Assault Rifles, SMG's and Shotguns, Baseball bats, Golf clubs and Hatchets have to be taken from a CAR trunk/boot or a property.

Medium weapons can be stored in back packs (Parachute bags) and can fit a Micro SMG, Tec-9 and Sawn-Off Shotgun.

Pistols, Knives, Crowbars and Hammers can be taken from jackets, pockets or waistbands.

Civilian Stock

As a Civilian you do not have a Storage pile but you can store a Pistol and a Shotgun in your property/business at any one time.

Death in role-play

If you are killed by another player in role-play, then the person who killed you can decide the damage done to you. If they have decide they killed you, then you must go into passive mode and go back to your turf. They can also choose to simply wound/injure you, how severely is up to them.

If you are killed, you must return to your crew turf/civilian property; you will have to wait there for 10 minutes, when your 10 minutes are up you may go out of passive mode and continue with role-play. You must inform an admin when you arrive at your turf after dying and inform the same admin when you return to role-play. If you are killed in your own turf, switch to passive mode and repeat the same process.

If a player causes your death, directly or not you will have to pay $1,000 from your crew/personal cash. If you had a weapon on you at the time, you will loose it.

Character death

Your character CAN die permanently in GTAO Roleplay. There are two ways this happen, the first is if you agree to it and the other is if you are killed by your own crew intentionally. If a crew is planning a character death in any way shape or form, they must inform an admin to review the reason before hand.

Vehicles

Before choosing the vehicle/s you wish to drive in role-play think about whether it fits the story of your crew/character. It is highly unlikely a small-time drug dealer will be driving a Super Diamond. At GTAO Role-play we do not allow super cars what so ever. Sports cars are aloud but under very strict and unlikely circumstances. Be realistic, if you cannot store it in your apartment/garage you cannot use it in role-play. (In the event of uncertainty, speak to admin.)

Before driving a car in role-play you will need to register it with the LSPD. Make, model, colour, registration and the owners details will be required to do this. If you are caught driving an unregistered vehicle you will receive an in-game fine. Please register the vehicle/s you wish to drive in roleplay before using them.

If you are caught using a non-RP vehicle in relation to your crew or character you will receive a warning, if you or your crew is warned again you will receive a strike of $1,000.

Follow traffic laws, lights and signs when using public highways. Of course, we understand that if a AI has glitched or abandoned their car in the middle of the road it is sometimes difficult to do this.

You are NOT aloud to ram a player with a vehicle more than once during any one event. Players that are hit by another players vehicle should role-play their injuries and stop moving.

Players are not aloud to drive Police vehicles unless in a law enforcement crew or given permission out of role-play by a law enforcement officer.

You CANNOT have Turbos, bullet-proof tires or Armour equipped to any vehicle! If you are caught with either of these modifications or a banned vehicle, you will receive a strike.

Banned vehicles

ALL armoured variants
Elegy RH8
Sultan RS - NOT the Sultan
Schafter V12
Hakachou

Robbery

You may rob other players in role-play. After successfully robbing a player you are NOT aloud to kill them. The player who has been robbed must display fear having been presumably stripped of any firearms they had on them at the time and any cash they have on them.

To rob a player you must use intimidation, be it with a firearm or a melee weapon. You should ask the player you are robbing what do they have on them. Players must tell the truth, if you are unsure whether a player is telling the truth, ask an admin to review the situation.

Players can raid/rob other players properties, businesses or cars. If the player being robbed is not present during a raid on their territory you must message them asking what inventory they have. Players are expected to tell the truth and can receive a strike for not doing so; however if you are unsure whether this player is telling the truth then you may ask an admin to review the situation.

Stolen Vehicles

If a Police officer suspect that the vehicle you are driving is stolen, they have the right to pull you over, they then must state that they have had reports that a vehicle matching the same description to the one your driving has been reported as stolen. They will ask for your license and registration, then out of character you must tell the truth if it is your vehicle or not.

Communication during Role-play

If you are not near any other crews/gangs, other than your own, go into Crew Chat, if around other crews, then switch into Everyone Chat. You must also use your phone in GTA to call or text other players who are not in your crew or are far away from you, also use party chat whilst doing a meeting/deal with multiple members from a different crew. However, you must not stay in party chat after the meeting has finished.

Role-playing with Police

If you encounter the Police during role-play you should display adequate fear. Attempted or successful murder of a law enforcement officer as well as evading arrest is going to get you jail time of which should be feared.

It is against the rules to provoke a Police Officer, be it driving dangerously, performing burn outs in front of officers, flipping an officer off or generally taunting an officer non-RPly. Many do this because they are bored, please remember you are in character at all times when in our sessions and should display fear. If you are caught provoking a cop and have been warned before you will receive a strike of $2,500 and if you continue to provoke after being striked, you will be reset or removed from the role-play.

You are not aloud to steal/drive a Police cruiser unless given permission out-of-character. You CAN shoot out their tires, but you are NOT aloud to intentionally blow up their vehicle.

If you are hit by a flare, fired by a Police officer and you set on fire; you have been tazed. You must remain still for ten seconds. If an officer does not cuff or hold you up before those ten seconds are up, you are aloud to continue to run.

If you are cuffed, you are not aloud to run nor use or fire any weapon. You may only walk unless instructed by a Police officer to run over to their car and sit in the back. This just speeds things up. Please be aware that whilst you can walk away from a scene, do not break the role-play fear rules in doing so. You WILL receive further jail-time for evading arrest.

Cops may pull you over during role-play if they have reason to do so, this may be poor driving or looking for a car of similar description to your own. If they feel necessary, cops may search you or your vehicle however they cannot search a property or business without a warrant.
