Jimbatron
I tried creating a new social club account (all you need is another email), which got me in. Your player stats in IV are all hardwired to your GFWL account and you can access any of these from any social club account. R* tech support suggested to me it may be a conflict if you have IV and V installed in the same route directory and recommended re-installing IV in another folder, but since I got back in another way I didn't bother to test this out. As a side point I've noticed that sometimes it fails to login to GFWL when I have the remember password option checked. Re-entering the password manually cured this, even though I didn't change it and re-entered exactly as before. 018361
I am having this same issue. I almost thought that R* decided to shut down their servers. I have no way to solve it either but hopefully we will find a fix soon.

PhillBellic
If you just want to Play Single Player, give Xliveless a go. It bypasses all those GFWL Windows. Xliveless Thread.

Red Hat
Uninstall GTA V's RGSC. Reinstall GTA IV. Change your computer's date to 2013 and try to log into RGSC.
