How Much Do You Think Contact Missions Should Pay Out

Add an extra hard difficulty level and 200% payout.

Ah, yes. Extra hard mode. 100% accurate, infinite range AI with super FMJ wallbang rifles. 6 star wanted levels where all cop cars are replaced with turbo tanks. All AI also wear triple super armor and are immune to headsh*ts and being knocked over.

 

Might make contact missions interesting again. Rather than use a pistol to add difficulty.

 

I hope you're as sarcastic about my specific idea as I was.

 

I was joking. Your idea is something akin to a skanky difficult NES game. GTAO doesn't need that lol.

It isn't about how much Money you should get, it's about how less boring they should missions be.

More pay is cool, but more missions in general would make me want to play them more often. I get sick everytime i see a rooftop rumble invite.

I rarely ever get into Rooftop Rumble. In fact, I get into a wide, diverse range of missions. Are you still stuck in the old payout era?

 

 

 

I think mission payments should ramp up when you do them quickly and efficiently. As it is, the best way to "farm" missions is by burning down the clock. You should be rewarded for rushing through missions because it's more efficient.

 

Still, I wouldn't want fixed mission payouts again. The last thing we need is another Rooftop Rumble or Coveted x16

Well, they can make other longer missions pay more, and give Rooftop Rumble a lower pay, since it's a pretty easy and quick mission to do. There, problem solved.

not sure about that, but why reject it before even trying it? I could make you a mission in a couple hours that would be fun, challenging and have decent replay value. So why beg R* for more RP & $ on the same old missions we've all completed a dozen times when we could beg them for an unlimited amount of player-created missions?

That's what I don't understand.

I think that they used to be fine until you realised that everything else makes way more money.

 

I would prefer it if there was a payout increase but I would also like a hardcore mode where the missions were very hard but the payout was x2.

you should probably clarify what hardcore would entail before someone says the AI already has super accuracy and lead foot when driving ;)

What i dislike the most about contact missions is the lack of an on screen display of the mission time. Not waiting only 1 second to complete and lose $2,000 or more. Thus when arriving at Madrazo' s an on screen display would let the player know that more pay is just 1 second away or 1 min 59 seconds away.

 

Along with a displayed mission time also add $10,000 to whatever the pay is. Then adding custom play list creation of 6 contact missions would allow us to actually play what we want and when we what to.

Rockstar was coming up with a way to trick the idiots into believing they get paid more for wasting time but actually don't. They were successful.

they're boring since one guy in a kuruma can solo them all (a few exceptions)

 

I AM GERALT OF RIVIA NOW

that is the reason i prefer to solo or use an insurgent, i can usually take the car out of the mission pretty fast by flipping it upside down or dragging it away.

 

thus landing me a chance to actually play before they try to sweep in with the turtle car.

 

ih btw. why not just constantly try to kill people who bring karumas in? make it a habit.

 

like.. we should make this a thing.

 

run people over who bring karumas into missions.

Payouts should have been the same since game launch. In the long run, every new update was nerfing something in payouts.

None of the above, it should stay the same but whoever does the most work gets the most money. Most kills and mileage and weapons used. Those who stand and do nothing will receive f*ck all and will eventually stop taking up spots doing nothing. Two birds one stone.

I would boost the payouts of a lot of other jobs before the contact mission. The players grind contact mission, heist and VIP for money and they barely do all the other jobs because of the sh*tty payout. Same thing with free mode event, the only one that is worth its criminal damage, all the other one are not worth the money.

I think Lamar Missions need to pay out a HELL of a lot more. Then people might play them. They are annoying to play with n00bs and are basically heist set-up missions and you get a good payout for doing those but like 5-6k for doing a Lamar mission. WTF??

So that's why scrubs (usually in armoured Kurumas) run me over as I'm trying to get the document/breifcase.

That or get it and drive around the map for 15 minutes before going to Madrazo's

Pick every max payouts for every sources of income and double them.

Makes up for the astronomic inflation that started in 2015.
