Stuck in Exile

I am stuck in exile. No Michael or Trevor missions. Driving around as Franklin hadnt started anything. Michael and Trevor have 1 ? Mission apiece. Franklin has Lester assassination mission and some ? mission. Trevor cannot call a woman Ursula. He hasn't met her I think. Train has been robbed of idol and cannot take Madrazos's wife back. Also, no character can start a "B" mission. It says it's been dispersed. And cannot choose anything by hailing a cab and changing destination. I think that's everything I read and tried. I'm sorry if this is already answered. I didn't see it. Please help.

There should be a FIB mission to get a chemical weapon. After that you should be clear.

yeah you don't take the wife back yet... maybe you miss the FIB mission because it's rather far east off to the side on the map

I tried to go to that FIB mission with all three character and it says try again later because the mission has been dispersed?

dispersed? is that an exact quote? =p i don't really know what that means

 

maybe you went there as F or T but then somehow 'scared' everyone away by starting combat nearby?

 

try go there with Michael because he is the one that starts the mission first (e.g. if you go as T... M and F are already talking; if you go as M, you arrive first by yourself)

 

or maybe try do a single ? mission (Strangers and Freaks) just to see if for some reason the FIB one is screwed up

He means disrupted. << The mission has been disrupted, come back later >>. I know that issue, it's a bug. When you come close to the mission marker it disappears, just like if you would have spooked the participants of the mission.

 

OP, what you have to do in order to be able to start the mission is call a cab, select the FIB marker as destination and click "skip trip", so you'll be teleported there and then you can start it.

I know it's annoying, but it's a bug from Rockstar, this is a reliable work around. You can either do this or if you're on PC and have a trainer installed teleport there with the trainer.

This one worked for me, it took me a while to find this post and the correct answer.
