What is the native function name or the hash? Anybody know?

I think it's something to do like ~BLIP_BLABLABA~.

And the lamar blip name is ~BLIP_LAMAR~? What?

And what is the another blips name? Where i can find the blip name list? Or can i use ID?

Use "~BLIP_~" with the underscore followed by the blip name, e.g: "~BLIP_TREVOR~". Without the quotes ofcourse.
