Question about online account banned

So I recently received a message from Rockstar saying that my account was being flagged or banned :

Accounts can become flagged as a result of automated analysis or manual review of evidence for violations such as modding, hacking, exploiting or abusing game mechanics, or otherwise interfering with other players’ gameplay experience

Some actions taken in response to these flags include restrictions to separate pools for matchmaking, muted microphones or restrictions on UGC creation, removal of illegitimate in-game cash/items or RP, and temporary or permanent restrictions on your ability to access GTA Online.

So after I received the message, I immediately checked my online account, and it said my account was banned until 13/5/16. As I have been using third party software modding moneys by changing the value when selling a npc car, I made millions and eventually buy myself some cars and garages. You know, no one wants to pay in game as always, and paying hundreds for a shark card wasn't legit at all.

I was wondering, if my cars and garages bought buy the modded money would be removed by R**, it would be really helpful for anyone who could share me your own experience, and really hope to find the answer whether my cars would be gone.

Thanks a lot for answering, at least it frees my worries. I actually have nothing much in my bank, everything is used up and modified my new adder. Hope R** won't remove all my cars

There's a chance you won't have anything taken away, I've heard people only get their $ taken if they had cash bags dropped on them, but gaining $ from changing tunable values or selling cars illegitimately seems to slip by R*

If things are taken, it will most likely be only your $ and not what you bought, in that case you will probably be left with around $20K

Rockstar really only takes away money. Items would usually be fine and should still be there once you're able to access your account again.
