Need the speech.rpf file for Grand Theft Auto IV.

I bought both GTA V and GTA IV previous month.But I damaged my HDD by drop damage and therefore bought those games again this month.

How unlucky am I,today I accidentally deleted the partition which contained the GTA IV RAR Volumes packed by me.

I was able to successfully recover the RAR Volumes, Grand Theft Auto IV.part01.rar,Grand Theft Auto IV.part02.rar,Grand Theft Auto IV.part03.rar using EaseUS DATA Recovery Wizard..

I also able to recover Grand Theft Auto IV.part04.rar which only 480MB,WinRAR says it was damaged and corrupted.

When I tried to re-extract the game from archives,WinRAR says that I need the archive Volume part04.

But it was corrupted and its Recovery Record is also corrupted.

WinRAR finally says that I need Volume 04 to extract speech.rpf file.

After that,i went to GTA IV Directory but there is no speech.rpf file.

I started the game ,the game loaded but when starting the career , the message "GTAIV.exe has stopeed working" appear because there is no speech.rpf in Audio/Sfx.

Please if you can, upload the speech.rpf file for me to download.

I know it is big so compress is using WinRAR with 512MB compression dictionary and then upload for me.

After compression,it should reduce its size.

I don't like to buy the whole game anymore as I bought it two times.
